I bought a camera through *******- 6AVE Electronics. I am filing a report against your company 6AVE Electronics. You’ve claimed in your previous email Dated Nov 24th 2023 that I will receive a brand new Sony A7S III. When the package arrived on Nov 27 2023: the box was NOT brand new (obviously tampered) with NO sticker on it; I cannot register the product at the Sony store to get it fixed; no warranty form inside the box; and the camera image sensor looks damage. These are all against your previous email claiming it to be brand new. I refuse to send it back for you made it hard for me to trust you company ever again. Either you discontinue your shamming business or I will do everything in my power to shut you down. You are stealing money from innocent and hardworking people who spend hours long at work just to buy a product from your company to be disappointed at the end of it all. I command you to clear/dismiss all payments I have with you at the same time answer to the Better Business Bureau the report I am sending tonight. I will never recommend your business to my friends, family, co-workers, or anyone who ask about a “good and trust worthy” electronic seller. I will give your company bad reviews on ******, ****, *******, **** and all selling platforms I find your company’s name and update them every single day if your team ever tries to delete them (attached together with screen shot of your lies). I will make sure I will be the last innocent guy you will every scam ever again. I am nothing but a consequence to your company’s action. May God strike down all evil doings in your company’s sham of a business you got going on there. Please see attached for your reference as well.Initial Complaint

My father purchased a Nikon Z7ii from this company through ******* as a gift. This business asked for him to send the front and back of his driver's license, to which my father sent on the approval of *******'s customer service. When he gave me the camera in December, I attempted to register it with Nikon to be told the camera was a fake. We contacted the company and ******* demanding a refund to be told no. This company advertises genuine products but sells knock offs and counterfeits. We have taken this issue up with both ******* and 6Ave to be told that they hold no responsibility. This company is a scammer and may also have my father's ********* they need to be shut down.Business response
