Elderly mother in law ********************************** purchased hearing aids. Medi Tech/Aidion could not supply them in a timely manner. Order was cancelled. Refund has not been issued. Aidion is 'delayed' with check payment. Aidion in their response to us, acknowledges we are due the money, but they have continued to procrastinate and delay. No ability to contact a person....only customer service via email and online chat. Frustration level of my mother in law is very high.
