Repair specialist came out to replace my condenser several times. Was unable to state why this didn't fix my ac but kept saying they would give a full refund and apply to full replacement of the ac system. Felt stuck in the middle of summer and agreed since they were already working with us. They came.out about 10 times to get the ac to work. Water was leaking through the attic after it was finally blowing cool air. They could not fix this. Had to have a second company come out tonfix thier issues. Also they tapped into my boiler and fully voided my 10 year warranty with another company. After summer ended my heat didn't work. The company that came out stated the thermostat that cultural installed could not be used. Had to replace. Once replaced they found the ac is wired wrong and can't have both going at once. This is still on going. Also I still need to fix the water damage done to my bathroom from thier importer work. This started in the beginning of July and still issue keep coming up due to thier work. I have already spent more in having other companies come fix thier mistakes then what they charged me. I am almost $15k in the hole for a $7500 install. Went the whole summer with no ac. My wife ended up getting dehydrated while sitting home.in the heat while they did repairs for days and days on end. She had to go to the hospital for it. Luckily insurance covered that. I am not sure how I will ever recoupe my losses. I have been attempting to get them to make it right but they don't respond. They offered my a measly $100 refund and then disappeared. Scam artist to the **** I have never been in such a bad position before. Please help! Also between my wife, mother, and myself we had to take atleast 15 or more days off work for them to come out and "fix" my ac. And they never even replaced any of my ventilation which is half the job!!!
