Purchased 3 Heat Pumps from Binsky and it has had trouble EVERY year. The heating acts up around Nov Dec, Binsky doesnt get to it until March where its Fixed until Nov/Dec rolls around. This past time it was finally acknowledged there is a hardware problem, but it has been over 6 months and its still unresolved. Messages left with their customer ********************** with no call back. Their promise and warranty isnt worth much, despite being fully covered by the manufacturer. Its a shame as their techs that do get dispatched seem like wonderful people who genuinely try but there seems to be a lack of familiarity with the equipment they sell, and they dont carry the parts to support it.

************ contacted Binsky Home Service on 11/22/2023 regarding error codes on one of the three heat pump units that were installed by Binsky Home Service in 2019. Our technician arrived at Mr. ***** residence on 11/24/2023 to inspect the unit and had to return on 11/28/2024 after speaking with the manufacturers technical support line regarding the error codes. It was noted that a new control board would be needed for the unit to rectify the issue. The control board was ordered and once the parts were delivered, we contacted ************ on 2/7/2024 to schedule the control board replacement.

The replacement was scheduled for 2/16/2024 but when our technician arrived to replace the control board, it was noted by the technician that there was corrosion present on the expansion valve. Due to the corrosion, the control board could not be replaced, and a full coil replacement would be required instead. After the additional parts were ordered and delivered to our warehouse, we contacted ************ on 3/4/2024, left a voice message to schedule a return visit to perform the replacement but did not receive a return call from ************ to confirm his availability. ************ contacted us on 4/22/2024 regarding the parts that were previously ordered, and we returned to his residence on 4/25/2024 for the coil replacement. The replacement rectified the issue ************ was having with his heat pump. Additionally, ************ was not charged for any of the notated service visits or parts installed.

I hired Binsky Home to install **** and rough plumbing for addition to my house. This project finished before Covid. The Addition was not in use until recently. I had a drain back up caused by .90 degree *** compression elbow used for condensation lines, stuck in the drain line. I discovered this after a clog and I hired a company to Jet the main line under the house. $1200 later they showed me the *** piece lodged in the line..I contacted ******* after I was told that I needed to tear up the floor. I sent them a copy of the Video. They sent someone out who again camera'd the line . He claimed Binsky never uses compression fitting in plumbing. I agreed and could not figure out where in the house this would have been used. Also this line is only attached to the Addition.. He showed me a piece from his truck. I realized I had seen it somewhere. That piece had been used in the **** condensation piping. Binsky then said they do not have Bar codes on their equipment. I took the piece to ********** to see if I purchased it and I did not, but it was sold from there. The only area in this house that has a 3/4 inch 90 degree compression pvc elbow is on the condensation line from the **** system.I paid Binsky over ***** dollars for the Plumbing and ****. They have fixed two issues since they left. The last one was a condensation line that was not connected to a drain line. The simplest explanation is usually the right one. When the line was fixed the worker used a piece he had in his truck and it got into the drain system. The fact that a client needs to complain to BBB shows what kind of company I am dealing with. i had to pay Binsky an additional **** to fix the problem. I contacted the service managers with no call back from the Pl;umbing or **** manager. No one is willing to take responsibility. If this is not rectified I will contact the township and possibly a lawyer

Binsky Home Service was contacted by ********************** on 10/28/2021 regarding an issue with his drain line. He reported a 3/4" PVC 90 elbow fitting was lodged in the line and was causing the drain to back up. ********************** believed the fitting was dropped during a previous HVAC installation provided by Binsky Home Service in 2018. This is the first incident reported to us by ********************** regarding any issues with his drain.

A Binsky Home technician arrived at Mr. ********** residence on 11/2/2021 to jet and camera the line as well as remove the fitting. While inspecting the line, the technician informed ******************** that the line had additional cables lodged in it from previous work done by other companies. Once the fitting was removed, it was established that this specific fitting was neither one that our technician uses, nor a fitting Binsky Home Service provides to our technicians. After reducing the cost of services significantly, the total cost of the removal came to $2,500. This cost was provided to ********************** and he agreed to pay this amount to remove the fitting and fix the portion of the line that had an issue.

We understand Mr. ********** frustration in the matter, but Binsky Home Service cannot accept the blame for this incident as the specific fitting found does not belong to nor is used by Binsky Home. Since there is additional damage to his drain line that was clearly caused by previous companies that had worked on the line, we are 100% certain the lodged fitting was not left or dropped by one of our technicians. We value ******************** as a customer and feel we have more than honored our service commitment and assisted him with his line issue to the best of our ability by reducing our pricing for services rendered.

      Complaint: 16118350

I am rejecting this response because:

I had hired *** jetting drain cleaning services, prior to having ******* home service to camera and jet the line who offered to remove the  *** piece for half the cost of what I ended up paying Binsky.

I believe the service Tech may be misleading his company of the  problem. The drain line worked fine for 2 years prior to finishing the addition in which Binsky had done their work. That line serviced the kitchen originally for 20+ years. When the addition was added another bathroom, laundry room, and condensation line for their HVAC unit came on to that line.  We discovered then that THE CONDENSATION LINE WAS NOT connect and it flooded my house. It was at that point the ***  piece in question came into play. We still did not have the laundry or bathroom done, so  piece most likely sat there unit we started using water. Eventually that *** piece ended up jammed in line.

I have spoken to people at *************** and Argent and their employees sometimes pick up things they need for their trucks. So I do not believe that Binsky is being honest concerning the *** piece.

How or why would that type of *** that size (which only fits on a condensation line end up in my drain line? There is no other *** in this house that size and style except for the condensation drain line.

If this is Binsky way of dealing with their mistakes then No one should rely on their word. As for discounting the price. Please ...USA Jetting offered the job at **** . I stupidly made the assumption that Binsky would take responsibility.

If they do not  reimburse me for this. Then shame on me.

Please advise others to use another service. They do not stand by their work and they over charge once you become a customer.
