We hired ******** Apprentice (NA) in April 2023 to install a drainage system around 3 sides of our pool and grade the property, all according to an Engineer Plan. NA lied to, and defrauded, us, and they still haven't completed the job.First, they only installed the drainage system around 2 sides of the pool, but claimed that they installed it around 3 sides. They left a large pipe sticking out of the ground where the drywell was supposed to be, instead of putting in a manhole cover. Then, we found out that they used substandard corrugated plastic pipes, instead of the *** pipes the Engineer Plan called for. We had to threaten suit for them to come back and "complete" the job. They returned and finally installed the drainage system on 3 sides, but they have failed to install the appropriate manhole cover, resulting in us failing our inspection. Despite our repeated requests to fix this, they have ignored us.In addition, we hired them to grade the rest of the property (only because they refused to do the drainage job alone since they would not have made enough money from it), to ensure that stormwater runoff flows away from our *************. They have failed to do this, and instead, water flows directly toward the *************. Because of their lack of response or willingness to fix these issues, I have had no other choice but to sue ******** Apprentice. I DO NOT RECOMMEND using this vendor.
