              I hired the ******* to move the owner gave me a price I agreed. When they came on sat they were ******* the move. When we got to the other house I found that my mirrored headboard was cracked and then my daughters brand new bed was torn and scuffed by them moving the dresser. Upon further inspection of the mattress it was wet from their sweat and dirty. When I explained to the guy he said he was calling his boss who then told me to pay and I had said no not till he fixes my furniture. I told him I didn't want to be screwed and he said pay 140p.00 and hold 200. Until he fixes my furniture. I called on wed and was told he wasn't fixing it. I told him o was going to *** him and he said he was suing me for being a headache

              There was a breach of contract both verbally and written. I hired Hercules Movers to ship all our personal belongings from ********** to *******. The day our belongings were delivered the truck didn't look like a moving truck, it looked like a garbage truck the way our furniture, boxes and bins looked. Our furniture was not properly wrapped as promised, therefore damage beyond repair was done to our furniture. Bins and boxes were crushed, opened and our belongings were throughout the truck as they unloaded it. Boxes are missing, and there was chemical damage on several boxes and 2 chairs from being in their storage. I contacted the office immediately, sent several emails with tons of pictures and it took 2 days for the manager to contact me. The manager said he saw a few of the pictures, told me to file a claim and offered no restitution. When I told him I will be contacting an attorney if he didn't make this right he basically told me to call all the attorneys I wanted and good luck with that.
