There was a breach of contract both verbally and written. I hired Hercules Movers to ship all our personal belongings from ********** to *******. The day our belongings were delivered the truck didn't look like a moving truck, it looked like a garbage truck the way our furniture, boxes and bins looked. Our furniture was not properly wrapped as promised, therefore damage beyond repair was done to our furniture. Bins and boxes were crushed, opened and our belongings were throughout the truck as they unloaded it. Boxes are missing, and there was chemical damage on several boxes and 2 chairs from being in their storage. I contacted the office immediately, sent several emails with tons of pictures and it took 2 days for the manager to contact me. The manager said he saw a few of the pictures, told me to file a claim and offered no restitution. When I told him I will be contacting an attorney if he didn't make this right he basically told me to call all the attorneys I wanted and good luck with that.Review from Marianne Z.

The worst experience ever. My stuff was in their storage for 9 months as I was in the process of moving to another state. Each month I paid $300 for it. When it was finally delivered to my new home, we received a big mess. An expensive coffee table was in shambles and so were other items, such as numerous dishes, *****, souvenirs, picture frames. The sofa was delivered only on the second attempt. 4 boxes including various items such as tools, very important personal items, all custom jewelry that was packed in there were lost and never were recovered. The piano bench was never received either. I made many phone calls, submitted photos of broken items, but to no avail. It gave us such a mental stress that is still lingering. We also had to give a delivery person (who finally brought a missing leather sofa bed) an extra tip to help us get rid of the heavy broken coffee table and other broken pieces. We submitted a claim to their insurance company which pays basically nothing, but whatever is missing and broken will never be recovered.Review from Mimi J

I had a move in July, they moved 3 TVs for me but I was only able to connect 2 out of the 3. I was finally able to hand the 3 and there was a crack. I called, it had been a few days and no one has called me back. I spoke to someone after 3 day (I called back) and they indicated that they would call me back as the secretary was not in the office. I called 2 days after that and someone answered on a cell phone. I explained the situation and he attacked me on the phone saying, the crack is not his fault and it has nothing to do with us.I understand its been a while but like I was trying to explain to him, they moved three TVs for me two of them i was able to use right away but the third TV I needed mounted on the wall because it did not have a stand and I needed somebody to put it on the wall for me, that did not happen until a month later. Their lack of response and unprofessionalism is telling. They had no issue stalking me to charging my deposit, but now I cant get a call back to address this issue PROFESSIONALLY. they also ripped my leather chair.You guys came highly recommended and I cant believe that this is how youre handling the situation. Dont use them.
