      Date of Transaction: December 15, Amount Paid: $137.97 I entered into a transaction with **** ****** LLC on December 15, where I paid $137.97 for the purchase of 2 Berberine Supplements, 1 Milk Thistle supplement, and 1 Hyaluronic Acid supplement. Despite the commitment made by the business to deliver these products, I have not received any updates on my account, nor have I received the ordered items. This has led me to believe that I have been scammed by the company. Notably, the business has failed to provide an order or tracking number for the transaction. This discrepancy is deeply troubling, especially given your company's commitment to a 30-day money-back guarantee, a policy that I have relied upon. Seems like my case is not the first scam case for this company you can find a lot of similar scam other cases from people complaining on Google & Trustpilot (attached below) The nature of the dispute arises from the fact that, while my bank processor confirms the payment, **** ****** LLC denies having received any funds. They have not made any effort to resolve the issue, suggesting that I address the matter with my bank provider. Consequently, the funds they've taken from me remain in their possession, and I am left without the products or a resolution to this matter. Despite my attempts to seek resolution, **** ****** LLC has demonstrated a lack of commitment to customer satisfaction and adherence to ethical business practices. This has prompted me to take the matter to The Better Business Bureau (BBB) and initiate a chargeback through my bank provider. I am hopeful that through these channels, a fair and just resolution of full refund can be achieved.

      On December 19, the customer contacted us stating that they had NOT received a confirmation number for their order or had not received any further updates. Our customer service team immediately contacted the customer and requested more information about the order, such as proof of payment or transaction ID.


      The customer provided us with a screenshot of their shopping cart on the website but did not provide any payment confirmation or payment error that could have led to the money being held on our end. We asked for further proof of payment, such as screenshots or bank statements, to help us locate the transaction ID and investigate the issue, but the customer did not provide any additional information.


      Despite several attempts to contact the customer, we have been unsuccessful in obtaining the necessary information to investigate the matter further. The phone number provided by the customer is not in the United States, and our follow-up emails requesting more information have gone unanswered.


      We want to resolve this issue and provide a satisfactory solution, but we need evidence of payment before we can issue a refund. We urge the customer to provide us with the necessary information to investigate the matter further.

      Firstly, I would like to emphasize that the merchant's claims regarding our communication are inaccurate. Attached to this email, you will find a comprehensive record of our exchanges, clearly demonstrating my attempts to seek resolution and the merchant's consistent denial of payment receipt and refusal to acknowledge the transaction.

      The merchant's assertion that I did not provide proof of payment is misleading. I provided the Authorization Code ****** associated with the transaction. Payment information that a customer enters when making a purchase is encrypted and the merchant receives the name of the buyer, billing address and amount value, no other information.  Despite their insistence on additional information, I have concerns about the nature of their requests, including the solicitation of sensitive details such as my card number, type, and bank information. This not only raises privacy concerns but also aligns with potential fraudulent behavior.

      Moreover, the merchant's refusal to acknowledge receipt of payment, as evidenced by the Authorization Code provided, is a blatant violation of consumer protection laws. Their false advertising of a "30 Days Money Back Guarantee" has misled me and other customers, constituting an additional violation. The failure to honor guarantees or warranties further compounds the breach of legal obligations.

      As of January 7, the merchant has taken the extraordinary step of blocking my email, preventing any further communication. This action is both unprofessional and indicative of a deliberate attempt to obstruct resolution.

      I kindly request that the Better Business Bureau continue to pursue a full refund of $137.97, as the merchant has failed to fulfill their contractual obligations and has engaged in deceptive and fraudulent practices. The attached customer reviews serve as additional evidence of a pattern of misconduct by the merchant, reinforcing the urgency and seriousness of my case.

      Our company policy is to process refund, returns and resends as soon as possible, to ensure customer satisfaction. However, we are unable to process Miss ****'s claim as we cannot find any account or payment details associated with the data provided.

      We requested more information and evidence about the order from Miss ****, but she declined to provide basic information such as the transaction number, bank name, and the last 4 digits of her payment method. As a result, we are unable to process her refund as we cannot find the order number to confirm the transaction. We have sent her two emails requesting more cooperation with basic information regarding her transaction, but she has alleged that we are violating her privacy.

      We would like to assure our customers that we take their privacy seriously, and we only request information that is necessary to process their requests.

       

      We are READY to process with the REFUND as soon as we get the order number and payment details. 

      We are still waiting for response from her since friday 1/12/2024.

      As with other folks who have posted complaints about Amazing Nutrition, they have questionable shipping policies. I ordered a product from them and they very quickly generated a shipping label. They did NOT however actually ship the product as the shipper had the status as pending for over two weeks. I made multiple attempts to contact the company and received no response or reply. Because they use the shipping label trick, they can claim that they will not issue a refund as the product is already "in process". Very dishonest business with bad or non-existent customer service. It is no wonder they have not claimed the BBB account because then they would be held more accountable.

      ordered 2 bottles fish oil 6/24/23 - $29.96 Lost package during shipping,-tracking number did not display package after received by mail distribution center. Telephoned answering service twice weekly for last 3 weeks and e-mailed customer care 4 times. Asked for supervisor and some communication from company. Have never received any. Was told 7/17/23 by answering service that my account order #61795 would be refunded to credit card. Told today 7/24/23 that my order was fulfilled on 6/24/23. The day that I ordered it, and no record of a refund. I have retained only 2 e-mails ever received from company. The order and mail notice. I do not know how to attach them to this complaint.

      I would like a refund. I have not received my products. I have called 5 times. No one calls me back and 3 times they gave me another bogus phone number to call that says Time Warner customer and no voicemail. My order number is: #***** for $82.34. I ordered this back on Oct 5th.
