I absolutely love and have ordered many times without disappointment although through ******* Amazing Nutrition Amazing Formulas ************** for myself and my adult children. While the product was ordered over and over from ******* it was shipped directly from Amazing Nutrition and we never had a problem with delivery. I am writing to you because this company is no longer selling their 1000mg 100 softgels of ************** made in the ***. They were reliable and their price one of the best on the market. I am hoping it is not stopping making products because of a handful of complaints from what must be a Nationwide distribution of satisfied customers like myself. Because they are not offering their product any longer I am having to look at others that are offering 1/2 the amount of capsules for twice the price. I would just like to say I was a multiple time customer who was more than satisfied with this company and especially their ************** (**************). Which has helped myself, my family and others that we referred to them stay healthy and get healthy. I hope they will start to have this product back on the market again. Thank you

I purchased a defective product from this seller through Amazon. I have phoned them 3 times and each time was assured that someone would get back to me. No one has. I have filed a complaint with Amazon, who have given me a refund. Because of their defective product and false assurances I a reporting this experience.

I was a customer of ******************** for 2 years and never had an issue with receiving my orders until almost two months ago. I paid for 3 bottles of supplements and received only 1. I contacted the company multiple times and all I I got was an answering service who said they would pass on the message about my order. I filed a complaint with this website and apparently the company is ignoring all correspondence. I've been ripped off and I have yet to hear back from the company. I will never do business with Amazing Nutrition, ever!

I placed a order with Amazing Nutrition on March 14, 2023 and I am stilling waiting for my order. I have called 3x plus sent 2 emails with no satisfactory answer for not receiving my order. No refund either.

I have ordered a product (Quercetin) on 12/2/22 and after 9 days I contacted Amazing Nutrition to let them I hadn't yet received the order. After several phone calls and an email, to date I have not received the product. Every time I contacted them I got nothing but "dancing around the issue". I then requested the order be cancelled and to refund my money. I wondered why they would have the shipping **** cancel the order and process the refund? They have not done anything about the problem. Of course they immediately took my money on the day of the order. I would not recommend AN to anyone I know. Also, they still have not gotten back to me since I spoke to them on 12/19/22. DISSATIFIED CUSTOMER!

Another customer that was told item shipped *******. I got the same run around as I see other customers have mentioned. **** tracking indicates awaiting shipping. On 3-25-22 part of my order was refunded. Again I waited for an update on shipping for the other item. Nothing. I contacted them via website form asking whether the rest of the order will ship, No reply.

I ordered a supplement from Amazing Nutrition's website on February 9, 2022. The following morning, on February 10th, I received an email from them saying that my order had been shipped and they provided me with a **** tracking number. I immediately checked the tracking progress and it said, "Shipping Label ******** **** Awaiting Item." Several days later, I checked the tracking progress again and it was still stuck on, "Shipping Label ******** **** Awaiting Item." I emailed Amazing Nutrition and they emailed me back, insisting they mailed my package on February 10th. I spent this entire week, calling and emailing the **** and there was some confusion as to whether my package had actually been dropped off at the ************ I emailed Amazing Nutrition again, during the middle of this week and once again, I received another email from them, insisting they mailed my package on February 10th. Yesterday, I was on the phone with **** customer service again and the representative suggested that I call Amazing Nutrition this time, to find out if they physically dropped off my package at their local ************ I followed his advice and called Amazing Nutrition and after a good ten minutes, their customer service representative told me that my package hadn't been dropped off at the *********** yet and I almost lost it. I told her to just cancel my order and refund me the entire purchase price. I also asked her to delete my online account with them because I wouldnt be ordering anything from them, ever again. The customer service representative said that she would forward this information to the appropriate department. This morning, I get an email from Amazing Nutrition, wanting to know the order number, so I gave it to them and haven't heard back from them yet. I feel like it's gonna be a real chore trying to get my money back. I would not recommend these "CROOKS", Amazing Nutrition, to anyone.

I ordered twice with this company during a 2 month period, only to have them charge my credit card both times, retain my funds and never ship my product. Buyer beware!

This does not indicate receipt by the **** or the actual mailing date.Today is 9/15/2021, I have emailed, no response, called, after a minute or so, it seemed the call transferred and someone answered. They could not tell me what the status was nor could they cancel my order. I have reached out to **** and submitted a dispute there.
