April 19th 2023 **** did the job of ripping out my old front porch and installing a new one. only a few days after i noticed some cracking on the stucco and the top step was popping up on one side. i reached out and **** said it was an easy fix and on May 2nd a crew came out to fix it. but a few days later on May 8th i noticed the stucco cracking again and sent pictures to **** which he said were hairline cracks and is an easy fix. He didn't come to look at the porch though until August 6th. so once the porch was dried and cured i was able to take a good look at it and thats when i noticed the whole side piece of blue stone wasnt cemented into place and can be wobbled by hand (thats where the hand rail will be mounted to). and the pitch of the porch actually goes towards the house and out, not away from the house and out. He had the hose on the porch to show where the water would go and even when you could see it going to the house he said its correct. the center cement slab is lower than the border and top step so water will accumulate there which was also proven with the hose. i got a second opinion and this whole porch needs to be re-done. i want my $4500 back so i can pay someone else to tear this out and do it correctly. i dont need a contractor who when i ask a question about something try to berate me and attempt to convince me something is fine when it obviously isn't. with all those problems he still looked me in the eye and said "it's fine, just use it"

      Better Business Bureau:

The owner and I came to an agreement so as long as it goes the way we had discussed within the next couple weeks everything will be resolved.

      Regards,
