    I purchased a number of vape products from this company, but my latest order had a leaky cartridge. Their customer support team has historically been great and their FAQ on defective products says little except to reach out to them via email, which I did. They had me take a number of photos of the leaky vape cartridge and then told me to send it back to them. I requested a return label and they told me that they don't provide these and that the cost to return this newly-received, never-used defective product would be MY responsibility and that they would give me a coupon for a replacement unit. Um, excuse me, but I already paid for shipping...when I ordered the product. So now I have to pay to send back their mistake and I receive a coupon for a follow up order...that I have to pay shipping on!!! What kind of hoodoo is this?! The fact that they sent a defective product should NOT be the consumer's responsibility. Shame on them for such poor defect/return policies.I would like an exchange cartridge at no charge. I would also like their return policy clearly documented on their website so that people can decide if they want to spend their money with this company.Order number is #****.

    Do I have to give them a star? I ordered 10 Flair Ultra vape pens. The first one I opened left a grainy, sweet taste in my mouth and on my lips. Several emails back and forth, with the business promising help, were worthless. The business kept coming back to me with more and more requirements for their help. First they wanted me to check the foil sticker to make sure the product was authentic even though Id bought it from them! More back-and-forth. Lot numbers, etc. Finally, they wanted me to send all the unopened ones (8) back to them at my expense so they could examine them. If they were defective, theyd send replacements No mention of what theyd do if the items werent defective. Did they plan to send them back to me, opened, handled and examined? Then they asked me to provide them with proof of purchase. Did I mention I bought the pens from them? Plus, Id already sent them a copy of my receipt in an earlier email. Im astounded at the stupidity and short-sightedness of this business. The smart thing to do would have been to apologize and send me a new one. But no, they did all they could to get me to just go away. For the price of a vape pen, they lost a customer and bought themselves a bad review. I think this is the worst customer service Ive ever seen.
