I now reside back in ** Hello I resided in ** ***** and had my auto ins. With direct in ********* **.I have been paying them monthly approx ***** all the while Progressive stated they have been taking ****** monthly for the past 13 mos. I told them inever took out a policy with them and to my ignorance not locking at statement, I had someone helping me with my accounts. I spoke to a ***** and I sent him my declaration document showing i had ins. coverage I never would pay ****** monthly for Ins. when I am paying ***** monthly I told him pleas return all monies and I was told they can not I paid them over $3000.00 also Direct was pd while I resided in ** Email: ************************ Fax: ************** ?
