      Spirit Logistics is the worst delivery service I would not recommend them. They refused to deliver our freezer that we bought from ****** because they said our dirt road was wet . Spanish drive couldn't speak English, I had to use interpreter to try talking to him he wanted to put the freezer out on the highway instead of taking it to my house. He was very rude and belligerent. Spirit logistics wanted to redeliver when the dirt road was dry I had already waited 3 weeks for delivery, I told them to take it back to Lowes and forget it, it's not worth the hassle.

      On August 8th, our delivery team from Spirit attempted to deliver to ***************************. Upon arrival, the team encountered a challenge: the dirt road leading to ******************** property was rendered inaccessible due to heavy rainfall in the area. The delivery team documented the condition of the road with photos, which are available for review.Recognizing the difficulty in safely completing the delivery, the team promptly informed **************** of the situation. They offered him two options: to either reschedule the delivery for a later date when road conditions improved or to deliver the items to an alternative location of his choice. Unfortunately, despite these efforts, we understand that **************** was not entirely satisfied with the service provided.We sincerely regret any inconvenience caused and appreciate ******************** understanding as we prioritize safety and the condition of our customers' orders. Our goal is to ensure a smooth and satisfactory delivery experience, and we will use this feedback to improve our service in the future.

      Terrible company that can't follow simple directions!!! Wasted two hours of my time waiting on them on two separate occasions. The driver called me, and he was instructed to disregard the address that the *** was taking him to and drive to the end of the road where it would dead end into my driveway. Instead of driving to the end of the road, he left on both occasions stating that he could not find the address. This is the most incompetent company I have dealt with. I have been hung up on 2 times when calling to request a manager to speak with me. I have not been out of the way or rude on the phone and still get hung up on. Save your money and do not deal with this company. If ****** would like to save their reputation, they will fire this delivery company immediately and find one with some competent leadership. They are not capable of handling the simplest tasks given to them.

      We have scheduled spirit to pick up a return to GE 4 times and they havent shown up 4 times! We call and they tell us the delivery person will come by, we schedule it and they never show. This company is a joke, shame on any seller who uses them.

      This is the worst company to work for the management team *****. They need to rearrange their home managers and actually hire people that know how to act as managers.All those supposedly managers **** up to each other and only have each other back. Its a very sad work environment to be in.I would never recommend this company for anybody to work in due to the poor management and lack of accountability while the job itself is very easy. Its just not worth dealing with the people there.

      They delivered a refrigerator that we bought from Lowes in August 2023. Severely damaged one of our custom front doors, closed the door and never said a word. When I opened the door two doors later I noticed the damage and contacting them. They asked for two estimates and it was provided. Months and months passed then finally it was referred to another company and then another. Now they won't pay the full price of the damage done, refuse my phone calls and refuse my emails. I have have either called and or written *************************** and ************************* and neither have written or called back. It's almost a year lady and they refuse to even answer a complaint I filed with the Better Business Bureau. Rude, disrespectful and very uncaring yet they boast on their profiles on LinkedIn what great employees they are!!!

      If it were possible to rate them a negative 5 stars, I would! They were scheduled to deliver my sofa from ******* between 2:45 pm and 6:45 pm on Saturday. They didn't show up. It's now Tuesday, and I still can't get them to communicate with me! No word on what happened. No word on when they might deliver. Nothing! Phone calls go to **. They say that they can only communicate with the Burlington, VT ******* via email. I spoke to a supervisor that identified himself as "*******". He was extremely rude and condescending! ******* needs to stop using them! What is my recourse? Now that I've reached out to them I fear that my order will never be delivered!

      I really wish there was a no star option because this company doesn't deserve ANY stars. We ordered a washer and dryer from Lowes and Spirit is their delivery company. When they arrived, I went outside to meet them. We live in a condo building and there is a pergola off the front of the building. We have a loading dock for big deliveries. They were parked just a little ahead of the loading dock. They refused to deliver our washer and dryer because they said there truck was too big to go under the pergola. I explained that they just need to back the truck into the loading dock. not the pergola. The driver said you have to speak to my boss. I explained to her that their truck would easily fit in the loading dock area. One of the delivery guys got out of the truck and was taking pictures of the front of our building. I then explained to him that they would not have to take the truck up to the main entrance but back it into the loading dock where I was standing. He gave me a look of death and got back into the truck. They just left. Then their boss refused to speak with me. We ordered all new kitchen appliances from Best Buy and they actually had to park on the street and unload the truck and then come through the loading dock with no problem at all. These people are ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!

      As a former contractor for Spirit Logistics Network ***** I can confidently say that my experience with them was extremely negative. The company consistently engaged in faulty hours practices, failed to adhere to agreed contract terms, and charged extra fees without any valid justification. Furthermore, the payment process was unorganized and delayed, causing significant financial strain for contractors. The delivery counts were always inaccurate, resulting in significant discrepancies and losses for the contractors. The high turnover rate and lack of transparency in workload allocation made it nearly impossible to work efficiently and effectively. Additionally, being sent to work in multiple cities and counties without prior notice or consent was highly unprofessional and disruptive. Overall, Spirit Logistics Network **** is a horrible company to do business with, and I would strongly advise against entering into any agreements or partnerships with them. Their unethical and dishonest practices create an unsustainable and harmful work environment for all parties involved.

      They were scheduled Tuesday 2/13 between 12 & 4pm, they never called to say they were early or that they are at my home @ *****am according to my Ring. They took a picture and said they could not deliver because the ****************** were not shoveled. Of they would have showed up at time they were supposed to it would have been. I never got a call either saying it was not delivered I waited all day. This has to be the worst delivery *** around. I even called GE and complained.

      I have made several attempts to contact this business due to the damage their delivery drivers caused while delivering a refrigerator from BrandsMart. They have refused to pay for the damages eventhough the driver added notes and pictures into the BrandsMart system showing the damages they left behind. I am not sure why any business would contract with such an unprofessional company.
