Registration Renewal through Nissan World of Springfield was done early 2022. I believe it was February 2022 since the Nissan of ******** route failed to tell me when I take my plates off my prior lease and put it on my new lease the registration rolls over but doesnt give me a full year it is remaining from the previous lease so I was driving my vehicle for almost a year without a registration until i got pulled over and received a ticket when I called Nissan World of Springfield and explained the situation. The staff was very nice and provided me with a registration for my vehicle for a year. Now to date i have an expired resgistration one again. I called Nissan of ******** whoch has changed management and directed me to Subauru in ************ which i called and they have no information on vehicle. I called back Nissan World of Springfeild and spoke with Jazz and asked to speak with a general manager in which she told me they left for the day. She asked her ************ about my situation and they basically said they cannot help me. I have tried to renew my registration through DMV online and there is nothing in the system under my vehicle. I keep getting the run around and NO help and its very frustrating. I need Nissan to take responsibility for their actions and own up to what they did was wrong. I also never received a renewal notice in mail from DMV. Something is not right and I need my vehicle registration taken care of by Nissan of ******** or whoever took over Nissan World of Springfield ASAP!
