I made an appointment, and Desi Auto Care accepted/confirmed the appointment for my vehicle on 8/8/23 at 10:00 AM. I dropped off the vehicle at Desi Auto Care on the evening of 8/7/23. Desi sent me an estimate at 2 PM on 8/8/23 saying: "We'll get started on your vehicle right away". Desi sent me a text message at 8 PM on 8/8/23 saying: "Hi its **** from Desi, I was really busy today, did not get a chance to look at it but I will check it first thing in the morning and call you". When I contacted Desi Auto Care at about 11 AM on 8/9/23, they had still not looked at my vehicle. So, Desi Auto Care caused the loss of use of my vehicle for more than 24 hrs without providing any service, and gave me misleading, deceptive information about the indefinite time-frame for servicing my vehicle because they over-booked themselves. Desi Auto Care offered no remedy for this problem.Business response

On 2/18/2023 i took my car in for repair of an air pump and selenoid sensor. The repair was made but before i got my car home the light came back on. Took the car back in and they "fixed" it again. The next day the light went back on. So back to the mechanic I went again. On 5/26/23 I took my car to another mechanic for an oil change and ***** mile maintenance. Was told that the same air pump and sensor also need to be repaired. I asked them to keep the parts so i could ask for a refund from Desi. Contacted desi *** was told by ****** (?) Who answered the phone that they were having a problem with their parts dealer. Told her what i had going on and i certainly wasn't going to bring my car back again. The owner got on tbe phone and refused to refund me for the parts if i returned them and said he was on vacation when my repairs were made but he would personally fix it now. Not giving them the opportunity especially if they have a problem with their parts dealer and apparently this is an ongoing issue.Business response
