I purchased a 2016 Chrysler 200 in June 2023 from Denas Auto. *********** put my electronic signature on paperwork I never saw or present to sign for, said I traded in a *** and got $500, and sold me a salvage car without my knowledge on a bank loan with ****************** I put $3500 down in total to pay for the taxes and registration up front, I was told its what the bank was requesting. They told my father to just say yes to any questions the bank asks and the purchase was completed. I had further issues after purchasing the car. First, I was told I needed to get the car inspected in PA since purchased in Jersey before the state would allow me to get my plates. I got the car inspected but could only get the emission test done not safety since my car didnt have registration and to come back when the paperwork was completed with the dealer. The dealership told me I needed a salvage inspection report done now and that was the last step, this was when I found out my car was a salvage title. The mechanic said the inspection is $750 and that the taxes needed to be paid in PA so it would be $2500 total. I told them I paid that already and the owner of the dealership met at the mechanics with me with a check to cover the cost to get my car street legal. I had to leave my car over the weekend as my mechanic was waiting for the check to clear, it never did. Turned out the dealership owner gave my mechanic a fake check and they said they no longer want to help me with my car. I go to the dealership and one of the workers said that my file was a disaster and the best way to fix it would be to get me in a new car. The loan was canceled and I got a 2016 Grand Cherokee on a new loan clean title in November 2023. I still dont have my plates or registration and my apartment is threatening to tow my car for my expired temp tags as of 3/7/24 and put a tow sticker on the window. I drove an hour to the dealership after calling for 2 days and its gone. I dont know what to do

Returned the truck to Denas Auto, monies given back from down payment and NOW Denas Auto will not payback finance company to get the vehicle out of my name. Denas Auto has been contacted numerous times and I have been to lot personally to inform that payoff needs to be made to finance company and the owner and staff at Denas Auto will not cooperate at all. They have the vehicle back for a few months now and I want this out of my name and off my credit.

I have received the complaint that *********************** has placed through BBB. He has a warranty on his vehicle that would have covered the repairs for his vehicle. But due to him falsely saying that he purchased the vehicle with failed powered steering the warranty policy refused to cover it. Now he expects me to cover his vehicle's damage that he caused due to putting over double the amount of air in the tire. Furthermore, there was a 10 year open recall that just closed December of ******************************************************************************************* the tires. If he was honest when he filed his claim through warranty this repair would have been covered. I do not take responsibility for the coverage of his vehicle.
