      I was in foxrun apartments from February 2023-2024. From August-when we left in February a total of 7 months we had no mailbox door along with over 40 other tenants. I spent months going back and forth to the post office getting our mail because the post office wouldn't deliver it due to someone stealing mail because there was no door. In the month of December the 2nd to be exact there was leak behind our washer machine to which it was discovered over a 10sqft area of black mold. No inspection was done on the building which is a code violation. The dryer had visible burn marks on the back where it appeared it caught fire at one point. We were without those utilities until the 27th they said they'd take it off our rent that month and never did. The mailbox door was a breach of our lease agreement. The lease was supposed to be for 14 months they had us fill out paperwork to get out of it early. Upon returning it all signed they came and did their inspection on the apartment and gave us the move out date. After moving out a collection agency continously contacted me saying we owed 1985 dollars which was more than the rent we were paying. As to which I have no idea where this stems from. Because according to ******** their manager at the time we had been okayed to move out. And our now trying to get litigation going against them. I would love to attach the photos I have of all of it but I cannot here. I wouldn't want my worst enemy to move in there. From top to bottom it is not professional or a safe place to live. And even when you move out with everything signed and documented they will put a collection against you on a lease that isn't binding as they breached federal law with the mailbox doors. And broke the warranty of habitiabilty as according to nys tenant laws. What they do is borderline criminal. My fiance was pregnant at the time we discovered the black mold and we have a 3 year old as well. Not a place to raise a family or live at all with their standards.

      We are current tenants who are being kicked out of our lease following an employee who is no longer capable of working due to medical reasons. We have been given less than 30 days and not given the option to live as regular tenants. I understand the employee discount goes away but to just kick us out of our home is reciculous. They are also asking for extra rent money on top of what we already paid making it very difficult to pay knowing someone has been out of work. Stay as far away from this company and their properties. They treat their employees with little to no respect. Theres no life work balance and they simply do not care about their tenants. Its all about the money. Property mgr doesnt communicate nor does she allow the team to do their jobs. They waited a whole month to write their employee up for having a bad day really? But yet they complain daily in the office. These people dont deserve my money anyhow. It happened to other tenants too that we talked to. They were also asked to pay more money. If I knew they treated their employees like this, I would not have moved there. I feel sorry for anyone employed by them and who lives at any of their properties. They do not know how to treat people.

      We moved in January 2023 and were immediately hit with numerous problems. The apartment had construction debris everywhere, nothing was cleaned, the heat wasnt working, the smoke detector was dangling from the wires, items were left from prior tenants, numerous cabinets were chewed or split and there were no drip pans in the stove. On top of that, they lied to us and told us there would be a washer and dryer in the apartment and there was not. I called the office and they eventually brought space heaters for the night as they werent sure why it wasnt working. The heat was resolved the next day but nothing else was done to resolve anything else. No compensation was made for all the cleaning we had to do to move into our apartment. On top of that, our fridge has been failing us for months. I emailed and called many times over many months to finally get a cabinet door and fridge replaced. I asked for them to be at the same time. I was told they were ordering a fridge and would let me know when that and the cabinet door are in. They emailed me and said both were in and set up a day and time frame. They did not show. I emailed and was given very broad answers when I asked what time they would actually be here. The maintenance guy finally showed up with only a cabinet door and said they are still looking for a fridge. We have been nothing short of amazing tenants. We paid every month on time, make no noise and are respectful of the apartment and tenants. But they do not care about that. They do not care about their vacancy numbers either apparently.

      If I could give this company 0 stars I would. Me and my family been in this apartment for two days and my car was broken into and attempted to be stolen after taking this information to the front office. They did absolutely nothing they didnt even offer us a garage for our car. They didnt offer us half off our rent next month. They didnt offer us any money back if we wanted to move, they absolutely did nothing. In fact, they told us that if we wanted to move out, we would have to pay them two months of rent in order to move out and also stated that they are not responsible for their parking lot yet this is their property.They offer parking garages so that means you offered them for a reason not to mention the officer that came out specifically stated that he comes out here once a day for car, break-ins or attempted car break-ins so the front office people are aware of the things that happened in this neighborhood yet they did not hire any 24 hour security yet they did not get their gates fixed but we are responsible for a $500 deductible to get my car fixed and $200 to get a rental while they sit there and absolutely do nothing but they want their rent money on the first of every month I will be calling the Better Business Bureau and I will be calling the news. This is ridiculous. Me and My Husband wants our money back for the remaining of the month. Your property should be well secured what if me and my child was going to my car the time of the theft yall need to do better.

      The only way to sum up my experience with Arrowhead Apartments managed by Solomon is the word; scam. Everything about the way this property is sleazy and predatory. From day 1 it has been nothing but problems from management and maintenance. Until recently we were permitted to pay rent via money orders and cashier's checks. I paid September 2022 rent with 2 money orders from ************** The smaller of the 2 was cashed, no problem, the larger one was found to be "fraudulent". This is not possible, the money was taken from my account and applied to the ************* account to be cashed by Arrowhead. I'm notified that because of this it has to be sent to the corporate office to be run. I play along, I go to the place I purchased it and called *************, both assure me that they were cashed in 09/06 and it is not possible to be issued and invalid money order. I place a tracer research request to see who cashed the checks. The process could ***********-8 weeks, after 2 weeks payment was demanded, going against an agreement that it could wait for the results. The results stated it was Solomon who cashed them, it shows the account and routing numbers. I told Arrowhead, their response was that they knew the checks were cashed by them but it was an invalid money order, again not possible. I've been told by management that I have also failed to pay October, which is false, it was paid on Sept 26 and paying that would allow me to pay November's rent, I'm blocked from doing so because of an outstanding balance. Oh, also I'm being charged over $200 in late fees and returned check fees, when this is clearly outside of my control. I've paid more of my own money to get place the tracer request and have taken time off work to get this done. This is exhausting, and it's quite clear Solomon has every intention of scamming their renters. It's disgusting that they allow their managers to gaslight the same tenants that pay their salary. I'll be consulting a lawyer.

      I moved into an apartment owned by Solomon Organization in ********* on July 22nd. Since I was moving from across country, I was not able to tour the apartment in person. Upon entering at the time of my move in, the stench of rot and bodily fluids became apparent. The carpet in the single bedroom was soaked in urine and even f**** I was forced to move in, because I was told no other units were available (they had previously told me there were multiple units available at the time of my move in). I had nowhere else to live and had already paid them prorated rent and a $1635 security deposit (one month's rent).Although the unit was available earlier in July, they told me they had apparently not inspected it until 2 days before my move-in date (established with them weeks prior), did nothing to fix the problem when they discovered it, and have been very slow to respond to my requests for help. They finally offered me a different unit but it does not open for two weeks so I have to sleep on the kitchen floor. I am also mentally and physically exhausted and cannot imagine moving all of my belongings and furniture again. I am alone here in ******, am small in stature, and have no one to help me. I am shocked they would treat another human this way, especially given how much I am paying them in rent. I understand something horrible happened while the previous tenant lived here and they are at fault as well, but it's the responsibility of the leasing company to perform inspections in a timely manner and notify prospective tenants of issues, especially health hazards. I am completely at a loss and have nowhere to turn for help. I might stay in a hotel until the other unit opens up. All of my belongings have a lingering pee smell to them. I cannot eat in the apartment as the smell is too nauseating. If anyone who sees this review knows of any resources I could turn to for help in ******, **, I would be appreciative.

      Firstly I will say that the rent rate was very convenient, and I admired the vinyl wooden floors and a wash and dryer. The are was very convenient but I will never recommend this complex to anyone. They are all about money but cant even fix their phone. There is no discipline to tenants with dogs that dont pick up after pets. I had reserved parking and still had issues with people in my parking spot, the managers Solution was for me no longer have the reserved parking, of course because someone else will rent it.

      New management is horrible. Mice are running throughout the building. I put in a service request for my refrigerator that had been broken for some time now and I just cannot take it anymore I was told Im no longer able to get a new fridge because they are not honoring previous management agreements. They changed over management in the middle of my apartment upgrades and now Im being told they will not finish any upgrades on occupied apartments. This is very unprofessional. Not to mention the property manager hung up on me while I was expressing my need for my refrigerator to be replaced and I have a young child. This is already the worst management team.

      The Solomon Corporation property I live at is a slum, The maintenance team is non-existent and I am still waiting to get my furnace fixed from last summer, after their own maintenance people told us it was dangerous. There are numerous drug deals that I have witnessed on the property, a few major fires (the deputy fire chief tells me that the way the furnaces are designed all the apartments will burn down eventually), there is trash and garbage all over the place, the landscaping is minimal and they raise your rent at least $200 a year for no additional services. If you complain about anything they deny it and hide behind "policy", and/or have their high power attorneys protect them for the negligence they commit. The central corporation must be totally out of touch with what goes on at their various properties, or worse, they know and don't care at all about the people who live in these dumps. It appears they are all about the money and nothing more. I would highly recommend that anyone steers clear of any of their properties. In addition, they would not let us see the apartment before we had signed the lease. Now I know why. I hope to move soon, but in order to get a three month lease, they were going to raise my rent from $1266 to $1995 for those three months. Piracy.

      This company is awful ,I've been communicating with the rental office for almost a year now ,I'm experiencing a mold issue that *** be a serious issue my bathroom has cracked tiles and mold all over,I was told 4 months ago when I spoke to the rental manager about getting this and many other issues resolved and fixed,this was back in September 2021 up to now December 2021 no update or attempts been made to resolve the mold issue, prior to those Dates my complaints go all the way back to April of 2021, I've been sending emails and going to the rental office trying to get service and still nothing, I've been going to my Doctor for migraine headaches, which could be a reaction from the mold growing in my bathroom, But amazing this company still has the nerve to raise the rent 6% I know I'm not the only tenant with outstanding issues or complaints about this company I'm starting here with hopes of getting help, ***be a civil suit can be filed or a petition can be started.
