I ordered a pair of orthotics for $65 from Aetrx, for some reason, even though I put in my correct address, it defaulted to my old address, where I previously lived, and had ordered with the company before. I called the Aetrx, who referred me to ***, who referred me back to the company, who said it was delivered to the old address, sorry, nothing we can do. So I paid $65. for a product I never received! How is this proper business practice. I'm suppose to eat $65 because they can't get *** to go back to the old address they left it at? Both Aetrex, and *** are at fault here, but I'm the one who has to eat it?!Initial Complaint

I paid 45.53 to aetrex on Nov 20. I saw immediately it was going to the wrong address. So I sent an email since they were closed and told that they would submit a ticket for it to be corrected. Made two more calls a chat and was told I could get a new one shipped or a refund even if immediately called to change. They said they can't fix a wrong address eve though I immediately addressed it. They have a cancel order option and they never offered or tried to resolve my issue.Business response
