The company in question has failed to reimburse me following my purchase. The ordered item, expected to arrive on January 17, consistently showed "out for delivery" until the subsequent day. Upon contacting ***** on January 18, the package was updated as delivered on the 17th at 4:34 pm. Despite this, I did not receive the package. Our concierge team, equipped with a comprehensive smart package laser system and surveillance cameras, affirms that the item did not arrive. I contacted the company, and they asserted that they are not accountable for missing or stolen items. However, given that I ordered the item directly from them and did not engage in any transaction with *****, it is reasonable to expect the company to take responsibility for the non-delivery. Also fed x never showed any proof of delivery.
