ongoing Wisenet then Samsung home security camera. The issue is NO CUSTOMWR service. No one ever answer the phone after 3 days and leaving a message when calling corporate or on-line no one is available to address problems with the cameras not working. The website videos do not solve the problem of connecting camera to phone and camera to internet/router!Initial Complaint

I buy the system from **** club for $600 dollars in December of ********************************************************************************************************* and I call for a whole week ring without answer with no one to help my next place is calling **** club to see what they can do. I would love to you something working I can monitor on the phone that will greatBusiness response

Finally, we could contact and speak with the customer and the issue has been resolved.
He needed to reset the password for the *** system and needed remote control.
So, we provided part # for him to purchase the remote control.
He will contact us once again to setup the feature to access the *** system.

I have been trying to get ahold of customer service for 6 months. Have tried contacting them via phone number and email on their website with no response. I am having troubles getting my security system hooked up to my online account.Business response

The customer wanted to remove the previous owners information from the server.
So, we have removed all information from the server and now he can register his info.
The customers issue has been resolved..

Got a new router for my house. Security system does not connect to app associated with the system. It is IMPOSSIBLE to get ANY customer service. I have reset system and app to no avail. Wiseview app retains old information and does NOT reset.Initial Complaint

I have purchased a Wisenet 16-Channel 5MP ******************************* and within the first 30 days the 3 of the 10 cameras has stopped working and the hard drive starting to has fail.I have attempted to call Wisenet on 3 separate occasions and the phone goes straight on hold and then after 30 minutes on hold it says "there are no support agents available to help you" and then hangs up.I cannot get a replacement from the store as they are out of stock and cannot order more and I cannot call and get customer service to help.At this juncture I would request a replacement security unit
