I am writing to formally lodge a complaint concerning the non-receipt of an escrow agreement from Town and Country Management, and the subsequent failure to release the escrowed funds associated with a $1,000 HOA fee. This matter pertains to the sale of my condominium at ***********************************, located at ***********************************************On March 28, 2024, the sum of $1,000 was placed into escrow as part of the closing process for the sale of my condo. The expectation was that these funds would be released to me, ***********************, once all relevant matters concerning the closing were satisfactorily resolved. I am pleased to report that all such matters have indeed been resolved. However, despite this resolution, the escrowed funds have not been released to **** have made multiple attempts to address this issue directly with Town and Country Management. Specifically, I have contacted your company on three separate occasions: April 11, May 14, and May 25, 2024. Unfortunately, I have not received any response to my inquiries, nor have I received the escrowed funds. This lack of communication and failure to disburse the funds is both troubling and unacceptable.Given that all conditions for the release of the escrowed funds have been met and all relevant issues regarding the sale have been resolved, I kindly request your immediate assistance in facilitating the release of the $1,000 escrowed amount to me.For your reference, here are the pertinent details of the transaction:Property: ******************* Condo, ********************************************** Seller: *********************** Amount in ******: $1,000 Date of Escrow Deposit: March 28, 2024
