      Absolutely Awful!!!! They are crooks. They charged us for over a year and then when I went to use the coverage I found out there was none. When we called to cancel it was a nightmare as well. We basically had to cancel our card to get them to stop. No Stars!!!

      I spoke with ******* at First Enroll and I couldnt have been happier! She helped me with my situation and was extremely professional and courteous. She knew exactly what I needed and completed the transaction in a matter of minutes. I was dreading the call and she immediately put me at ease. I truly wish all of my calls would go so smoothly. Thanks again to *******.

      Criminal and should not be allowed to be in business. I cancelled with them in March 2024 and they have continued to charge me every month since then. They owe me almost $2000. I wish I could leave negative stars! If I'm not reimbursed there will be a legal action.

      A *********** saga!!!! On 4/23/2024, I spoke with ******* to sign up for a plan prior to ********* I specifically asked him if the plan included dental and vision as well as medical. He state yes!! It was a First Health PPO thru Aetna. Today I called the provider locator number to see if my dental practice is included. I was told that my plan does not include dental. Very different from my call with ******* on 4/23. Very disappointing that the sales department who cannot answer any post sales questions!!! They want to transfer you to ***************** Well, I already called **************** that is why I am calling sales. Run and run fast and don't believe anything that sales tells you because it is likely not accurate. ****************************** is the licensed agent thru ************* **** Be aware. It is no wonder their BBB rating is a B; however, it should probably be an E.

      We had been transferred to an agent through the market place seeking low cost insurance to cover our needs. We found an agent and everything they had told us was amazing about health insurance and how because we are a healthy young family insurance is able to be offered with all the benefits we needed at such a low price. We felt so blessed to not be paying the insane rates we would have had to through our company insurance to help average out the differences in employees health. The insurance they gave us was through ********** blue shield. Come to find out 3 months later my wife asked me who first enroll is and why we are paying them automatically ($103) and ********** manually ($180). Found out through Reddit they are scamming people getting them signed up for insurance and then telling them they accidentally also got some extra thing like death or dismemberment insurance polices for ******* at 103 a month and your automatic payment doesnt go to your health insurance but your death and dismemberment insurance they collect with a ridiculously high price tag for **** low insurance policies. I would not have signed up for that not even accidentally. I want my money money back from the day I signed up with you and for this to stop. I havent been able to call the office because they close 5:30 east coast time meaning I gotta give them a call while Im out working before 2:30 mountain standard if I want to get ahold of someone.

      This company is horrible! They lie to you and steal your money. I have a hospital bill for over 7k. This place has no integrity and is run by low class incompetent individuals!!

      I understand this company says they are"a licensed, Third-Party Administrator for billing,the collection, blah, blah, blah, but it's funny when I changed insurance they were the ones that I called XXX-XXX-XXXX and sold this horrific policy. I have emailed and called numerous times the rep for ************************ LLC (XXX) XXX-XXX and have asked First Enroll about Odyssey and I get the runaround. Funny how the number First Enroll provides you with for the ***************** is the same number as their customer service number HMMMMMM They promised a major medical policy with out-of-network, prescription benefits, etc. I gave them 2 major things that I needed and they promised that these were included in the plan. 1st doc appt I had a $3500 bill that was 'supposed' to be covered. 2nd doc appt I was told I should be covered as out-of-network, my major spinal surgery was canceled a week prior to surgery b/c they found loophole. The 3rd time around I called FirstEnroll and said you give me the doctor and hospital where I can have the surgery and it all get approved. A few weeks prior to surgery they came back and said the hospital was not under their policy, even though FirstEnroll gave the hospital to me. I just found out in April First Enroll never reinstated my dental insurance after my card was compromised. I have had several versions of why it was never reinstated and was finally told it was my fault even though the customer service rep updated my new card info. I have now been told it was my responsibility to call another company other than First Enroll to reinstate the dental and vision that First Enroll doesn't cover these. This is the type of response I get constantly. When I canceled my policy today the angriest rep answered the phone then proceeded to bully me from canceling, saying my new policy is a scam and that I am going to have my bank account compromised and my fortune taken from me.
