Columbia shipped my order using a unreliable carrier and the carrier claims it delivered the package but cannot provide any evidence of where or who it delivered to. OnTrac says its records show the package was delivered but cannot provide any further details confirming that and that I need to contact Columbia for further support, and Columbia says ****** says it delivered the package and its investigation is closed.Initial Complaint

I placed a order on April 24th 2024, and I found my order can not arrived before April 30th, the day I am leaving the country. I contacted the custom service to cancel the order, but they said they can not cancel it. They promise me once it was shipped, they would contacted the carrier to arrange a return and then refund me. However, once it was shipped, the custom service said I should receive it and then return it. However, I am leaving the country. The solution it gives is mission impossible for me. I asked them give me a refund, and they refused.Initial Complaint

I placed an order at Columbia.com on November 27, 2023. I received a shipment notification on December 6th, 2023. I have yet to received my order. The shipping carrier information has not changed from "Awaiting Carrier Pickup." On December 14th I contacted support. They told me they would start an investigation. At no point did they mention that it could take **** days nor that I would not be able to get a refund. I still do not have my order and I have been refused a refund until the "investigation" has concluded. I requested that my order be re-sent and that I would immediately return the original order should it ever arrive but I was told that is not an option either. I was told I had to re-purchase the item and use more expensive shipping should I want it delivered sooner (in time for the holidays).Initial Complaint

I have placed an online order though their website ********* and I have never received it. I was not home during the week of this delivery and upon my return I had no package. I contact the customer service as well as the carrier and an investigation was opened. After waiting almost 3 weeks they have responded that delivery was confirmed and there is nothing they can do. I have not received it myself and I did not authorize the package to be delivered to anyone other than me.
