THEY ARE ALL SCAMS JUST TAKING MONEY FROM HARD WORKING PEOPLE .IT'S DISGUSTING HOW THEY GET AWAY WITH IT!!!!!!!

They **** they just cost me about 2800dollars on a car repair service they didn't pay they are a scam company

They are a scam and should not be in business. They say they will help you as far as getting your car fixed, but will you take your car to the shop? They say it is not under service contract. What needs to be repaired and they have a lot of stuff that Warranty should have a warranty under so basically whatever you need a car repair it take it to the shop. The mechanic will call as far as getting payment they will decline it say it is not up on the contract which is a scam so whats the purpose of paying almost $140 a month and advertise say that all you gotta do is drop off the car and then then take care of the rest. I called to try to cancel my service which they might have but they also took a loan out with line 5, and now line is constantly harassing me Say that I owe $4500 on a car warranty loan So my contract with drive smart was supposed to be paid in full A personal loan they took out with line 5, and when I asked to get my car repaired, they declined. It says its not on the contract which is a whole scam. Im dealing with a lot of stress dealing with line And my next action is to report this company and also line 5 to 80 consumer reporting agency on this planet to execute a lawsuit with them due to harassment and a report of a 4500 personal loan personal loan on my credit report. How is it a personal loan when I never received any of that money, I never signed a contract saying that I would paid so Pay this loan I will do everything in my power to make sure nobody ever gets scammed like this. This is a negative **** on my credit due to a money scam on a car warranty. People are getting used on their credit for their personal game. It is so eh of them to take advantage of people who need real car extended warranty For them

I have started my contract today and the person was very informative and went over all information also she helped with the CarShield cancellation. I hope that the company is as efficient as the customer service person was. I pray they honor the contract between us and do it sufficiently and efficiently as they should.

Theee BEST representative you can ever have, **** is literally the most sweetest person ever . Even the other two gentlemen were really great and I love how everyone broke everything down for me . Awesome team you guys have !!

I have had the worst experience with this company..I engaged their service in September of 2023..I have had an unexceptionable experience with them..I called to cancel my policy and they used unethical measures to retain my business..They lied to me and told me I took out a loan to make my payments which was not true. They told me that if I cancelled my policy I would have a $1,300 penalty and that it would affect my credit rating which was not true..I wrote this review to warn you to not do business with this company
