      A call was made to me from ************ at the beginning of 2022. I initially decided to purchase the product, then called back January 2022 to cancel the agreement. The policy was cancelled 4/30/22. I received my $100 deposit refunded back to me on 4/4/22. Even after cancelling the policy, Motor Vehicle Assurance continued to draft 2 monthly payments of $158.00 each, totalling $316 which as of a year later, still has not been refunded back to me. Every time I call, I am advised that the paperwork for the refund has not been completed. This is unacceptable.

      Been receiving phone calls about a 2015 ****** Prius that I have not had for three years about the service contract has expired and I need to keep it up. We have told these people on numerous occasions that I don't have the car and to stop calling. I am still receiving calls frequently and sometimes with in an hour of the previous one. They even want to know what is the make of the car we now have. We tell them it's none of their business and stop calling.

      On 5/6/2021 I purchased a 60-month contract car warranty with the *** for my 2006 Cadillac DTS Policy #***60965. The contract was for 60 months with an expiration date of 4/10/2026. The amount for the contract was $4116.00 of which the total amount was placed on my credit card. The engine gave out on the car just after 8 months and was taken to *********************************************, ****************************************************************. I was informed that the engine has to be replaced. the *** was told by the ********* but they refused to fix the car. My *** told me to send them a cancellation letter which I did. It was signed for on 3/2/22. I was told that my name would be placed on a list and as soon as my name came to the top of the list I would receive a check retroactive for the time I had the car. Now, whenever I call *** I am told my name is not even on the list. I called them several times for a refund and they refused to refund the money back. I no longer have the car as of 02/10/2022 it was sold to the dealership seeing the car was already in their shop. The car could not be driven. I don't know what else to do after so many attempts to get my refund and I have to be making the credit card payments. I would be grateful if you can assist me in this matter.Thank you... ***************************.

      I was with Mepco Endurance and I discovered that they was scamming me by charging me for coverage that they weren't allowed to service in *********. So, I was told to contact them and cancel and get my refund for their worthless policy. When I called, the guy told me that he can sign me to another company and that they cover **** in *********. I told him that I did not need another coverage and I just wanted to cancel Mepco Endurance and receive my refund. When I arrived back to **** (one week later), I sent the cancellation letter to Mepco Endurance via military mail. I am home now and i checked my bank account and a company called Walco has been taking money from my account $150.08 since June (2 withdrawals) and when I tried to call them, they told me that the policy was written through Motor Vehicle Assurance. I called them and they did everything they could think of not to give me my refund and they the call was ended. I called and called and finally got **** on the phone. He said he would cancel the account and send me a confirmation. I still haven't gotten anyone to agree to my refund. These people are thieves and charlatans and should be forced out of business. The BBB are supposed to protect consumers and allowing businesses such as Mepco Endurance, Walco, and Motor Vehicle Assurance to prey on consumers is disgraceful.

      April 11, 2022 my car was totaled and I called MVA and told them that had my insurance fax over the total loss claim report expecting a refund back on my extended warranty policy for the time and miles remaining they are telling me it's going to be about months out before or if I get any back at all. And to call back at the end of September. That's no right,they got they money on time I expect my money on time too.

      To reiterate, MVA's closure has impacted the time frame of sending out qualifying pro rated refunds. However, we have taken over to finalize any pending accounts. We have contacted the administrator in charge of your account for the proper data related to your pro rated refund. The calculation has been completed at this point and is set to be sent in June's batch of pro rates which are mailed out in the beginning of the month. Please look out for a phone call from a customer service agent around the last week of May who will provide you with tracking information related to the check. Thank you for your continued patience.

      Back in May I bought a auto insurance warranty just in case the car breaks down I took it to a shop and they refused to pay for any work being done because the car had over ******* miles the person I bought it from change the cluster and this was 30 days of buying the warranty so I asked for my money back and they said they would do it and now its going on a half a year Ive called him several times and I see there is over 70 complaints about this company

Looking into the history       of your account, it shows that MVA is not your administrator who would be liable for claims. MVA was simply your selling agent.
