To whom it may concern I am writing to file a complaint against Hot Tub Central in **********, **********. We purchased a custom-made hot tub in April of 2021. Since then, we have had no significant problems with it or the company. However, in June of this year, our hot tub lights were not working, and we called the company to address and repair the issue. We called the *************** to come out to assess the problem, and I got the problem fixed. They told us they would have to research the parts to replace it because the hot tub was now considered obsolete. After that first phone call, there was no communication from anyone in the company with an update status. We called them again but got no phone calls after leaving numerous messages. Finally, we went to the store in person and spoke to the manager. The technician at the store gave us his number to help rectify the situation. We attempted to call the technician to get an update on the problem with the hot tub. We tried to call. The technician could not leave any message because the mailbox was full. We attempted to send a text message to the technician's phone, but he has yet to reply. We identified ourselves, who we were, and what our intent was phone number and left phone numbers to keep an open dialogue. This lack of communication has caused us to become very frustrated with this situation, which has persisted since June with no resolution. We spent our hard-earned money to enjoy a beautiful hot tub. However, we cannot use it to its full potential because we cannot utilize the lighting system in the tub due to the circumstances of the hot tub company.
