I bought a fridge, washer, dryer, stove, and dishwasher from Ajay's last May. Our fridge door's weather strip was already coming out by November. In December they ordered us a new door. I have been so patient, so I called today to try and get help because our food is not holding temperature with that strip falling out. *** the service manager was extremely rude and always says that he cannot do anything and that it is still on backorder. When I told him we needed to do something else because I bought this from AJAY's he freaked out on me. Got so very rude, told me that he is canceling my door that is on backorder. Please BBB I need your help with this unprofessional company who threatens to cancel orders on customers who have been very patient.Review from antoinette m

we purchased a GE stove on June 19, 2020. On may 3rd 2022 the oven broke and since then a repair guy has been here 3 times putting 3 parts in and at the end it was never told that this oven displayeed a F4 code. now we need a board. In the last 2 weeks we have been talking to the warranty department as we have the insurance for $100 on the stove, they promise to call back, but we are the ones calling them. Have called Ajay numerous times and am told the same thing the part is on backorder we will call you and again no calls. it has been very difficult for us spending so much money eatting out .We are in our late 70s and 80 and are on a fixed income .If we have to keep calling everyone and doing all this work with no answers we are not asking Better Business Bureau for you much needed help.
