Date of transaction: 5/21/2022. I went to City Nails for a regular pedicure. When it was time to pay, the price should have been $30 but the owner said it was $35. Also, I complained to the owner that I was not satisfied with the pedicure, that the toenail was cut below the nail. She said we try to do our best and continued on working on another client. I was not even told she was sorry that I was not happy with the service today. I was looking for an apology and a credit for the next visit to the nail place. This was not the first time that I was unhappy with their service. On my last visit, the skin on the side of my fingernail was injured and there was bleeding for 15 minutes. The time prior to that I was injured by the person doing the pedicure by cutting too low again. This seems like a repetitive thing there with no resolution or apology for their actions.I would like a full refund of $35 for the pedicure today and an apology from the owner.Thank you.
