I Purchased a 2023 Bronco on 4/13/24 from ************** of Toms River and was issued NJ 30 day temporary plates. I was told by *************************, Client advisor, that my CT plates would be delivered overnight in two weeks. All taxes, Registration fess and applicable forms were paid and signed at the time of purchase. Called ************** on 5/8/24 and spoke with *************************, and was advised that the Odometer form was missing my wifes signature and that it required a wet signature, (four days before my NJ temp plates are about to expire on 5/12/24)! Had I not called, I would not have known this.5/12/24 temporary NJ plates expires, Called CT DMV and provide my VIN #. They showed no record of any documents received for this VIN #.Spoke to ***** at **************** on 5/20/24 for status. Shes still waiting for signed odometer form from Celebrity.Followed up with ***** on 5/21 for Status. Plates were mailed to Celebrity on 5/21.Called Celebrity on 5/22/24 and spoke with ************************* who confirmed that plates were sent Fed X overnight to me today along with statement of paid charges versus actual charges. Receive plates on 5/23/24 via FedX. Only receipt received was for registration and not taxes charges by CT DMV. We have been without a vehicle for eleven days!What I experienced with ************** was a complete breakdown of customer service that no one should experience regardless of what state they reside in. If your not capable or willing to provide the necessary service throughout the entire purchase process than you should not be allowed to sell your vehicles to out-of-state residents!PS. I have a detailed statement of events that occurred in attempting to get my vehicle registered, but could not list it due to limitation of space.
