Filed a request for a cancellation of purchased products after a total loss. Was told by the automated correspondence that a representative would reach out within a timely fashion. Reached out to members of the company in regards to such cancellations, and still nothing has taken place.Initial Complaint

I drive a 2021 Jeep Compass from Lester Glenn Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of ********** **. I have a 3 year lease and my car has only about ****** miles on it. On November 15th the car broke down and I had to have it towed into the dealership. Upon arrival I was assigned to a service agent who told me it was mostly likely under warranty and that he would have someone look at it promptly. By Saturday I still had heard nothing so I called back and he said no one had been able to work on it yet but that he could get me a loaner car which I picked up. Another full week went by and there was no word. I made repeated calls to the agent who finally got back to me days later to tell me it wasnt warranty and I needed to return the loaner. He told me that although there was NO other damage I must have hit something that cracked the transmission line (did no other damage anywhere else) and caused all the transmission fluid to run out. He told me it would be $1,800 and I explained I only owed $1,600 on the lease to which he told me there was nothing he could do, he refused to let me speak to a manager and told me to file an insurance claim. I filed the claim promptly and called the consumer affairs department who told me that since I had filed an insurance claim they could not help me at all. Now, 3 full weeks after dropping my car off, it STILL isnt ready. I call almost daily and am given the run around and excuses as to why they havent started the work yet. They refuse to let me speak to any supervisors and have been rude and unhelpful from the moment they realized it wasnt a warranty.Initial Complaint

Purchased a 2021 Challenger in May of 2022 . Car had approximately **** miles on it. About 2 months later I noticed tires were dry rotted. Called Lester Glenn 4 times no call back. Went in talked to someone in service and said we had to contact a ******* dealer which we did. They told us it is up to the dealership to handle the warranty on the tires. Called service and service manager when we got home and again no reply. I want this taken care off and dont push problems off on other people. How could a company not know how to handle warranty problems maybe hire new people
