The beginning of may 2023 I purchased a used pickup truck from Pinebelt Cadillac.the truck was ****** plus taxes and I bought a two year power train warranty so I came out to ****** which I gave 8,000down and financed ******. I test drove it and it seemed fine it was a Saturday when I bought it so they said they would do a oil change and clean it up for me and it would be delivered at my house the following Monday which it was . I came home from work started the truck it seemed to be running a little rough so I shut it off and check oil it was three courts low so I guess I duvet my oil change . So I drive the truck one day to work and home and its making banging noises flying out of gear so I brought it in they said it was transmission they gave me a loaner car I had my truck over a month.they call me tell me its ready I go pick it up I drive it for a week doing same thing but with added problems so again I dropped the truck to be serviced and they told me they cannot give me a loaner car this time . I fought with them and didnt get no where so now Im paying my monthly payments and 700 a week for a uhaul *** they had my truck about three weeks I came to pick up my truck they said it was ur rear and a hole bunch of things I have paper work all the work I drive the truck another week and still has all the same problems but worse now and it destroyed my driveway cause its leaking at least three different fluids so now it has to go back in again and I cannot afford to rent a uhaul and pay the truck payment they should give me all my money back at the very least give me a loaner car while they fix this truck for the third timeBusiness response

**************** purchased his 2015 ****** 4/2023, at the time it had 147k miles on the odometer. The last repair in history was 8/23 when the rear differential was replaced under his extended warranty at ******* miles. ** the vehicle has developed a leak, we would be glad to look at it for ****************, however a rental vehicle would not be provided until the vehicle is diagnosed. At that time, we will do our best to provide alternate transportation if the repair is extensive **************** is welcomed to speak with the sales team if he would like to get into a vehicle that would better suit his current needs. I purchased a vehicle from Pine Belt and applied for an auto loan with ***********************, the finance manager. My credit report shows multiple hits with various lenders. He put me in a loan with a higher interest rate than the lowest rate available for financial gain of the car dealer. I was also charged a $350.00 fee for window etching that was not done.Business response

I am sorry you where not aware about the ****.....there should be stickers in the door jam for the **** but regardless if you want us to refund the $349 I can do that for you. Just let me know and I will refund you
