I would just like to say, please stay away from this company. Not only was this a long journey to get my money back, but this was the worse experience I ever had with a contractor. It all started when I was first instructed to sign a ***** dollar check to his name and not his company. *** stated he could do the job and had me dig over 8 inches of dirt on all sides to help set up for him to do the job. On the day he was supposed to do the job he cashed my check and told me he couldnt do it. I have the whole interaction on ring recording system. He left me high and dry and I rented a skid steer for over 500 dollars and had the area he needed to be paved. When *** canceled on me, I called him to request a full refund of my money because at this point he did do a single thing when I signed the contract saying he could and would. *** stated I would not be able to get my money back and said I could use it for another job with him. I told him since u cant do the job I wanted you to do I would like my money back to which *** replied if you want your money back take me to small claims court, yelled at me and then hung up. A few min later he called back and said he was stressed and could only give back 500 dollars and or would do the job. When I asked only 500 because he said that I signed a contract and I couldnt get my full refund. So instead of losing money I decided give a chance. He stated he would come right away. Instead I waited a few weeks, with me texting and calling with no response. Again I have all the messages to prove this. On a day I was sleeping at 7 am he showed with his crew and dumped a pile rocks on my driveway that sat there for weeks. I reached multiple times with response and finally one day when I didnt he was going to show he came at 7am. I had told called me for pile sitting there for so long. Long story short I had violations and had to get an attorney and got my money back. It was a nightmare and I dont want anyone to have to deal with this.
