Complaint regarding handicap bars in my bathroom/shower-they we’re both loose and i called maintenance,after 2 times,the maintenance guy came and removed one and the other was loose also,so I assumed he was going to fix them. But when he didn’t come back, I left it on a chair,and the other I told my neighbor I was going to glue the screw with crazy glue. And i continued to use my shower chair which I had gotten previously. That was august 10,2023(last year). I assumed it would be fixed. After to this day after repeatedly calling maintenance regarding the problem I have yet to hear from them.they have not responded to my complaints. I don’t what to do-I refuse to be charged with something I didn’t do. This is my 1st time as a rental.i moved here after having a grandmal stroke in may 2017,i dont know what I did w/ them but I don’t have the paperwork of when i moved here.but it was 2018 or2019 in November.i refuse to be charged with fixing the problem as when i first moved here the handicap bars looked to be attached to the ceramic tile”technically“ and yet they haven’t responded so I’m advising you to get involved.but I’m telling you that I have been calling maintenance weekly for the past month at least and i have not gotten a response-nada.I’m frustrated. ****** **** ** ***** ***** ***** *****,***** nj **********,cell ************. I hope to hear from someone.thanks for all you do.
