I brought my car in for recalls they didnt compleat all the recalls they said there was rust underneath the chassis and they needed to take pictures of it I took the car 3 times for *************** need them to send to Hindi head querters I spoke to 4 different managers of the service ***************** said they needed more pictures at this point I feel like they are giving me the run around I had my car in for a oil change n asked my service guy to check he said there was some rust but no biggie at the dealership they said it was dangerous to drive that was 3 months ago n it drivers fine can bbb help me to get them to finish their recalls. ********************* was the original advisor who is no longer with Lester Glenn which may have created excess time in getting resolved for the customer in question. *********************** was assigned by ********************* (Hyundai Service Director) to handle this vehicle going forward. ***** called this customer in question to find out when we could pick this vehicle up and she was combative with him on the telephone. The customer told ***** that she would only speak to a manager going forward so ********************* called the customer and explained the situation to her in detail that Lester Glenn needed additional photos to submit to HMA as requested to seek approvals for the concerns. The conversation with **** and the customer ended with her needing to get back to us with a time and date that worked for her so that we could come pick her vehicle up, snap the required photos and deliver back to her home. ***** and **** then attempted several times to reach out to the customer over a few weeks period as we never heard back from her. She finally called ******************* and left a voicemail saying, stop calling me, I dont want you to do anything with my car.

I returned my lease to your dealership on NOV 14th 2023, no confirmation was given to the Bank i leased from (HMFUSA) that u received the car back so i can close out my account. when i reached out with a Rep from HMF USA and conferenced the "Magager" on the phone, she promptly hung up. noone at the dealership has any answers, where my returned car is, why i havent gotten confirmation from the bank that they got car bank. The bank is saying that the dealership took the car but didnt oay them for it; i dont care who gets the car now i just want my return recognized and my account closed out and this dealership had the car last and refuses to help me with any info thank you
