I loved this boutique and the girls but if you arent apart of their Vibe tribe then you are totally disrespected and treated like a nobody . Vibe has priority to return and item or to get an email answered or to resolve any problem at all . They dont answer emails on weekends , you cant ask about an order or any other problem on the **** and no phone number is given to discuss any issue . Ive waited 3 months for items and if I hadnt pressed the matter I feel like I wouldnt have gotten it . They claim to be a multi million dollar company but are so unprofessional! To be so rude to your customers who are putting money in your pocket and trying to support you is unimaginable to me . For the ***** of **** selling you would think you would know how to run a business and ALL your customers are priority not just the ones who are paying monthly for special treatment ! I have been ignored , talkin down to, laughed at . All for what ? Because I have a question about an order or concerned Ive lost my hard earned money that *** spent at your business ? I shop a lot of other online boutiques and have never been treated like this from any of them , never a problem . But this one doesnt deserve my hard earned money any longer . Save yourself from this company and shop elsewhere , I for one will enjoy seeing her business fail ! Do better or get out of the business .

I have never had any problems with a boutique on line until now, I ordered a **** jacket in February and it was supposed to take 2 to 3 weeks at the most I was still waiting in July thats 5 months always making excuses why I havent received it yet. Then offering me store credit they do not give back your money only offer store credit if youre not happy thats their rules. They offered me store credit with an extra $20 and I said no I want my money back after waiting so long( at that point I received my money back) I would not purchase anything from this company again. Horrible experience this company deserves an F+

I paid for a order 6/8/22. Never received tracking # or the order. Sent e-mail 6/23/22 with no reply. At this point I certainly do not want a store credit. I am entitled to a refund on my bank card.

It upsets me to have to write this review but I am getting nowhere with this ***************************** that I have placed . I have been waiting since 3/22 for an order . I have sent numerous text messages to them that either go unanswered or ignored for days at a time . How do you sell products that you say you have in stock - but dont. This has happened more than once but I gave them another chance to do whats right & its happened again . I was promised a certain ************* piece for being a share winner & instead was sent something that definitely wasnt ************* . At this point all I want is my money back . I will never order from this boutique again . There are plenty of other online boutiques that have excellent customer service . This ******************** does not .

The other side tribe boutique is one of the worst businesses I have dealt with. They sell items that are not in stock and make the customer think their items will be delivered quickly. The 1st item I bought was a top that showed in stock on the screen when I purchased. I had to repeatedly ask them when I would receive my top and was finally told that it wouldnt be in until at least 2 weeks. I finally received my top after over a month. I had also ordered ****************** and Mascara on one purchase then under eye serum on another transaction. I again reached out to them multiple times and about a month later I received the eye serum and mascara but no foundation. You can only get ahold of them by text, email or ******** messenger and they have not responded to my repeated requests for a return of my foundation as I have yet to receive it. They are running deceptive practices and I want others to know so they dont have to deal with this horrible boutique.
