Purchased cadillac SRX 2013 in January 2023 I have brought the car to the shop 6x or more. 3 x for check engine light coming on and cold/hot gauge inside car not working. Two times the thermostat changed . The last time **** said heat works and theres a fuse inside by middle of motor that needs to be switched. My vehicle still remains with check engine light on. Now this my 3rd time my windshield wipers stopped working and had to replace motor. I had to go pay out of pocket for something I have warranty on. ********** called last time and he said there was a recall on my Cadillac for wiper motor. I had my car towed to Cadillac in ****** ,** for them to tell me there was no recall. I had to Uber to work plus get my vehicle towed at least 6x plus . ******* the previous owner sold me the car. I know there is a warranty on wiper motor. The office wont answer after they told me there is a recall. Today I called again and got hung up on , called back no answer. My trunk was promised to get fixed after I purchased the car after bringing car to Progressive, ******* told me to go to Cadillac because they needed to reset it. Which that would be a minimum of $200.00 at Cadillac. I asked for a reliable vehicle. This is not reliable at all.Business response

The Cadillac SRX 2013 was purchased from a different company, Progressive Auto Sales which was renting space at Progressive Car Care. One business had nothing to do with one another. The shop at Progressive car care does not warranty cars and we were just trying to help her out. The car sales is no longer there, they left in June of 2023 and we were still trying to help her out because we felt bad. ******* was never an owner at Progressive Car Care and left when the auto sales did.
