              November 4 trentonion took out payment for $***** for on going online subscription. The previous period was a special . I forgot when it was going to expire and it automatically took $*****. As soon as I saw it was taken out I called on 7th of november but machine said due to high volume call again. I filed dispute with bank and they tempiraraly put credit of ***** back. But ********** says it wont refund. I didn't know it was going to be $***** and I am on social security disability and really need that money back. Please help.

              In Nov. 2021 I was called about a 3 month special. I accepted and was charged $31.00 on my credit card. I never received the paper. I called many times. Was promised delivery would be the next day. After calling for a couple of months, they refused to refund my money. I gave up calling. On 5/14/2022 I received a **** for the paper at the normal rate. I called again, again they promised the paper would be delivered on the next day. No paper again. I called again, I was told that they do not give refunds, but they would extend the offer. I felt sorry for the guy I was talking to. At this point I gave up. Done.
