      I Drove my 2010 ***** Equniox to Midas last week because they said they would fix my Transfer assembly case. They said they fixed the case but when they drove the car around they said now all of a sudden that the engine light came on with the ** code p0776 which is now the Pressure control Solenoid B performance. now my vehicle does not shift into 2nd gear or reverse. my vehicle is worse now then when i brought it into them. There saying now i need a transmission when all i needed at the time was a transfer assembly case which i trusted them to fix, they made my 2010 ***** equinox worse i can't even drive it now. i had to immediately take it to the transmission shop right across the street were it currently sits. i paid them ****. for the case and i want a refund for making my truck worse than it was. The ***** is not even capable of being driven and thats NOT HOW I BROUGHT IT TO THEM!! I had no engine indicator light on when brought it to them last week and it was shifting fine now after so called fixing my assembly case the truck doesn't even drive now.

      I had work done on 09-02-2023 which cause me $517.00 ,I had a sensor change, they talked me into a new battery which cause $ ****** ,I took my vehicle back on yesterday 09-16-23 because my battery had to be jumped start, the service was horrible, I waited 3 hours for the service I had done oil change, tire rotation, the tech that service me had a horrible attitude, I tried to explain to him about my alarm when he got my keys but he was to busy on the phone , I didn't appreciate his attitude, now they told me I need an alternator, and I have a leak from my rear right tire, The had my vehicle for several hours on 09-02-23 when they check it for the battery, that the alternator was killing the battery, now it more money, That why in had my vehicle in the shop to state what was the problem, how they want charge me an additional $700.00 to fixed my vehicle, I don't appreciate the service, nor the extra charged they are charging me coming in a second , people work hard for their money and jacked the prices up , they **** you with their charges, the I the tech name **** could have better If he had listen instead of being on the phone, his statement **** if I do, **** if I don't, he ****** me of too, then because he was upset he caused someone to break on my vehicle that caused an oil spill when he started my vehicle, he supposedly fixed it, thr service was horrible and I still didn't gety vehicle fixed, Iam very, disappointed with the business for not fixing my vehicle and having me come back a 2nd time charging me a whole lot of money when it should have fixed the first time, I an not happy with this business nor the tech, As A customer, I should been treated better and been taken care of now I have ride around vehicle not fixed because it should have bone right the first time, it heart breaking when you lose trust in a business like midas, I asked for a name of the owner, I didn't get a name, ,instead I got there are many, I want him to know I'm very disappointed.

      ****** the district manager sent me a e-gift card for free oil change. I am in the military and I finally am getting a chance to use it. I cannot find it in my email any longer. I have called the Turnersville store three times I have called the ********* store asking for ****** and I cannot get any kind of resolution. The Turnersville store has been very belligerent belligerent as usual which caused the problem and I cannot get anyone to resend my gift card for free ******** and filter. And if this doesn't get corrected I will not use Midas any longer

      ****** the district manager of the Turnersville ********** sent me a gift card for a free oil change due to an issue of bad issue in the Turnersville store. I'm in the military I ship in and out I am in now and want to use the gift card and I cannot find it in my email and I asked the store to get a hold of the district manager and they blew me off. I would like my gift card reissued. Thank you
