Had my 2018 Acura ILX serviced at another Acura Dealer . Less than a month later the car had the same issue . i called Acura Turnersville and explained the whole scenario ( car fixed at another Acura dealer and less than 30 days later same issue) i then had my car towed to Turnersville again explained everthing to service advisor and let her know i had Acura care warranty. she then send me a text and calls me and tells me i have to pay for diagnosis and repairs due to another dealer repaired it already. i would not have had it towed to Turnersville if they would have told mr that in the first place. i have be a loyal customer for 30 years and this is how they treat you!!

****, I have called and texted your cell number ************ and have not heard back. Now I have been informed that you have called our service department and requested your bill and want the car towed out. I was hoping to have an opportunity to speak with you. For reference when warranty work is done at another dealership that dealership is responsible for any future repairs that would be related to that initial repair. I believe that is why you had the car brought to us. If I am incorrect, please give me a call at ************ and I will take corrective action. I am well aware of the good customer you have been to ********************** as well as the Turnersville Automall and hope to repair the relationship.

      Thank you,

I am rejecting this response because:

I made myself 100% clear to everyone I talked at the dealership that my car was serviced at another dealership ! No question about it !  They should have told me to return car to original dealership!! Instead they charged me for a diagnostic !  Complete ********!

      Regards,

I would have asked Acura to make an exception for the repair. You will NOT be required to pay the diagnostic fee. Your vehicle is ready for pick up

      Thank you,

************************************** The following is a video of my most recent nightmare with this lemon. Please help.

I spoke with ************** regarding her 2014 *** X1 purchased on 3/18/2020 . At the time of purchase the vehicle had ****** miles on it. She informed me that it now has ****** miles on it. I explained to her that having engine concerns and expensive maintenance items 3 years and ****** miles after purchase does not warrant a complaint to the selling dealer and I will not be assisting her in any repairs on her vehicle. I did offer to trade her out of her vehicle and possibly get into a Certified Acura that would have an overall lower cost of maintenance. She advised me she will be contacting her credit union to see what she can get approved for and will call me back once she makes the arrangements with them .

On March 18, 2020 when you purchased the vehicle from Acura Turnersville the said vehicle(2014 *** X1) had ****** miles on the vehicle and was thoroughly inspected by our service department.  At the time of sale, the tires were in good condition, and you were given multiple options of **************** Contracts, in which you declined.  On 8/20/2020, you contacted us regarding a concern of leaking in the right rear tire.  It was determined that there was a puncture in the tire.  At that time, we agreed to reimburse you for the tire in the amount of $305.58. This is the last time we have had any contact or visits to our *** Store. In regards to the other complaints, *** logs all vehicle services via their internal systems and these problems started on 3/22/22 and at ****** miles, approximately 2 years and ****** miles after your purchase.  The latest complaint being on 7/28/22 and ****** miles.  That being said any service or maintenance would be the responsibility of the owner or covered under an **************** Contract( which you declined).

      Complaint: 17644092

I am rejecting this response because: I have a video from the ********************** in Turnersville showing the dry rotted tires in April of 2020. I was not offered any refund for the tire purchased from *** of Turnersville or the one tire centers.  The Acura sales person stated the following The previous owner stated the tires were new, so I couldnt get new tires. This was a safety concern being sold a vehicle with four dry rotten tires. I think I made a previous complaint with the Better Business Bureau in 2020. I have the original documents stating the vehicle was not *** certified, as all *** are stated in the commercials. I was not offered or did not understand the extended warranty to decline future problems. I believe as a woman, I was taken advantage and sold a lemon. Since getting the vehicle $2400.00 in engine leaks, **** for electrical problems and the vehicle is unsafe to drive. Lastly, I need assistance to download videos from the *** in *******************, **. I have an Acura TSX that I purchased from Acura of Turnersville, I took care of it and it has over ******* miles on the vehicle. I just want proof of the *** certification and any recalls on the vehicle fixed correctly. Please advise.
