I bought a 2023 ***** Equinox brand new from this dealer in June of 2023. Several times since I have had to get it towed away as the car will refuse to start. I tried calling the dealership several months ago explaining I was given a lemon. Never received a phone call following up. Finally, after being unsuccessful in getting in touch with the dealer I had to go through ***** corporate. One of the things I had to do to declare my vehicle as a lemon was ***** ordered me to take the vehicle for an inspection by a GM engineer at the dealership where I had purchased my vehicle. Unfortunately, when I got to the dealer this morning they were extremely rude to me. First, they tried acting like they had no idea who I was and that I had an appointment.Finally, after several back and forths the service manager I believe his name was *** acknowledged the appointment.he was extremely rude and unprofessional towards me explaining that the vehicle got stuck in another state and that I never reached out to them (which wasnt true). Clearly they were trying to cover themselves up because they knew about the car getting stuck in another state?? Instead, of offering an apology the manager continued to tell me to go back (to the state I had gotten stuck in). This upset me and was extremely unprofessional. I felt as a young adult the manager felt like he had the right to harass and look down upon me. My attorney confirmed three different confirmations from the dealer of the appointment and a loaner car (which the manager refused to give me). I even personally reached out to the dealer yesterday to try and confirm the plans. However, like when I have called before I was transferred 3 times and never got to speak to anyone. This has been very frustrating mentally as well as financially. I have been consistently paying for a car that is unreliable and this dealer and ***** refuse to remedy this situation. The harassment I received on June 4th from *** the manager was simply unacceptable.Business response

Mr. **** purchased the said vehicle on 6/17/23. Since his purchase there has been no contact with Mr. ****, his "attorneys", and no service history at our dealership. Mr. **** has been in direct contact with ************** about his issue. ************** scheduled the appointment for Mr. **** to come to our dealership to meet with a ************** inspector and address his concerns, not a Chevrolet of Turnersville Service Technician. When Mr. **** arrived, we tried to get more information from the ************** field rep via text. While the service manager was gathering more information regarding the matter so we could assist Mr. ****, he became angry and irate, telling our manager to "go F*CK YOURSELF, he kept cursing and swearing at dealership personnel until he was told to leave the establishment. Our manager even spoke to *****'s father on his phone and explained the situation and why ***** is being asked to leave.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:
What is alleged is simply untrue. I became frustrated after being told by the manager several times to go back to the state where my vehicle had broken down. Further, the attorney has two separate confirmations confirming the appointments and rental vehicle. Finally, I would like to discuss my vehicle and all the issues I have had with it. Well, I acknowledge I should not have cursed I just became really frustrated through all I have been through since my purchase of the vehicle. Its also important to note that I did not say go f*** yourself I said f*** you after being told to go back to **** which I do acknowledge I should not have cursed. I would like to speak to someone at the dealer.

The company signed a deal with forgery to my signature. I was not present for this transaction. My credit is now being ruin by this action. The vehicle is currently repossession.Business response

I took my car here for repair **************** handled my claim. I had a few scratches on bumper. When I picked up my car I noticed that the *********** light housing was cracked. I contacted **************** a few times via phone and had a man come with me to discuss concerns in person before a repair was scheduled. **************** made it seem like he was doing me a favor by replacing my grill. It wasnt broke when I submitted my car. I know that by signing over the insurance check the repairs have guarantees. My car took a couple weeks to be repaired. When I picked my car up I was told they had a hard time reassembling it but assured my I had a new grill. When I washed my car I noticed chips in paint along the hood & that the alignment was not perfect. Shortly after the clips holding the bumper popped. I wrote a review on website and *************************** reached out. He had clips repaired & tried to tell me I hit something which would cause this. I ask for report of repairs no one has returned my calls.Business response

This is the answer to the complaint sent #********.
The initial repair was performed April of 2019, it was completed and returned back to the customer 4/26/2019. She came back in May of 2019, and we replaced her upper grille.
Almost 2 years later she came back and met with me. She showed me a cracked park lamp, lower grille, and fogged headlamp. I called the insurance company and they agreed to pay for the repairs. We replaced the damaged parts, and delivered the car back to the customer on 2/11/21.
A couple of months later, she came back and stated her bumper cover popped out of the bracket. I inspected the bumper cover and found an impact to the cover.
I showed her how the bumper cover pops out when it gets hit in that area. She seemed to understand, in good faith I had a technician reattach the cover.
She called back again (not sure of the time), and stated the bumper cover popped out again. At this point she also called the insurance company, (Liberty Mutual), and
they contacted me. I told them they needed to get involved, and they said they would investigate. I didnt hear back from anyone until this complaint.
We guarantee our repairs for the life of the vehicle. We cant guarantee repairs when there is impact from another accident.

I am rejecting this response because: I have not hit anything with my car. I denied hitting a snow bank the first time so the following time he suggested I hit something was an insult. He implied I had a new bumper also. When I requested the repair invoice I was never given the invoice. The fog light was cracked along with the grill & **************** said he had a hard time getting grill covered. It was a hair line crack in the light but this was pointed outthe same time as I had a man come with me to complain about the crack in the grill. They have the report which is why they probably fixed the fog light when I returned to speak to a supervisor. They were supposed to call me back along with Liberty Mutual to resolve the issue.
