I am deeply dissatisfied with the service received at Honda of Turnersville, which has left me with a dangerous, unresolved vehicle issue and significant financial hardship.On August 21, 2024, I brought my car in, suspecting it was related to the fuel pump recall ******, as my car exhibited symptoms such as bucking, dashboard warnings, and stalling. Despite these signs, the dealership's diagnostic test did not identify the fuel pump as the problem. Instead, I was told coolant in cylinder #2 caused a misfire. I have always maintained my car meticulously, and these issues had never occurred before. Despite this, I was charged $3,770.36$472.48 in parts and $3,225.10 in labor. After expressing my concerns, I received a small $234.88 "discount." I had to beg for a loaner car during the repairs. I paid in full and retrieved my car on August 26, 2024.On September 3, 2024, my car stalled again in the middle of a major road, dropping from 45 mph to a complete stop, endangering my life. I was stranded for hours, unable to get towed due to the unsafe neighborhood. I eventually got the car started and drove it home with hazard lights on. This incident caused me to miss work, forcing me to use PTO, and my car remains unreliable, jeopardizing my livelihood.On August 22, 2024, I contacted Honda's corporate office to express my concerns, but my issues were dismissed on a recorded call. When I requested to speak to a supervisor, I was placed on hold for several minutes and then informed that the supervisor refused to take my call.I am seeking reimbursement of the $3,770.36 for ineffective repairs, compensation for lost wages, and an immediate resolution to my car's ongoing issues. I also request a formal apology for the poor treatment I received from both Honda of Turnersville and Honda's corporate office.Business response

While we understand that your issue is with the part itself and not with our dealership, we acknowledge that American Honda ********. (AHM) directed you back to us for assistance.
Please rest assured that we are actively working on your behalf. We will be contacting *** to submit a goodwill reimbursement request in an effort to recover a portion of the cost for you.
We will be in touch with you on Thursday to provide an update on their response.

Experience was absolutely terrible and i would not recommend this dealership to anyone.I purchased a 2016 GMC terrain on 11/08/2021. The very next day driving the vehicle i noticed the tires air pressure light would not go off. Me and my husband filled all tires to full capacity still the sensor did not go off. Secondly, there was a distinct rattling when you step on the brakes, and thirdly when i would charge my phone the cars navigation system would begin accessing my phones storage and the car would begin playing my cells recordings aloud also it would begin reading aloud a gps system that was not activated. I took the vehicle back to Honda the very next day after I purchased it, though they did eventually fix one issue (tire pressure lights)The other two still remained. The car eventually stopped working in mid traffic on day three after the purchase of this vehicle. Me and 2 daughters ubered home and the car was towed back to the dealership at 7pm that night. I told the dealership that night i no longer wanted the car it had to many issues. i was told by sales that i could not return the vehicle as i would loose car value or something like that. The dealership kept the car for 2 days in which i had to call to request a loaner as i was to marry in 1 week and had lots of running around to do prior. Day 3/4 i received a call stating the car was fixed along with an apology for the inconvenience.I picked up the car yet the cars other 2 issues still remained. Very concerned I then spoke to a sales/or service manager at the dealership and expressed how i was not happy w/ the purchase and wanted the vehicle looked at. I was reassured that they would take care of it after i returned from honeymoon. "To focus on my wedding that would be happening that wk." Marriage/honeymoon is over. I have called 2 times requesting a call back from sales mgr.Has not happened. i also called to ask if my plates could be mailed/was told no- i lived to close. Wedding month was truly sad.Business response
