The dealership is already selling my old vehicle on their website.       ****************** is correct.  We were unable to make this payment due to the Terrorist's hacking and shutting down the *** automotive website.  We have every intention of paying off the balance due on the car ****************** traded in to Maserati of Bergen County immediately now that *** is back in service.  I explained this to ****************** when he and I spoke.  I also explained to ****************** if he needed to make a payment in the interim I will gladly reimburse him the amount he needed to pay.  I anticipate the payment to go out to the bank on Monday July 8th, 2024.  I will email ****************** a copy of the payoff check for his records.  I will consider this matter resolved with the completion of this payment.

      This dealership is committing "Deal Package Fraud" General Manager Robert C******** and Finance team member Henry is well aware of it. All numbers and terms were agreed on, given to me in writing and via text, the minute I'm ready to sign and drive the numbers some how changed and the deal was $7,000 more on the bottom line. My credit was ran and hit my score, the numbers all changed, and the manager Robert is now saying my trade numbers changed. Trade numbers changed in a matter of hours ?????       ********************** was in contact with ********************* (Finance Manager). They were discussing his trade in value and the price of the new car. ********************** was calling from his home. **************** quoted a price to ********************** over the telephone. **************** immediately realized he made a mistake on the prices quoted and called ********************** back and explained that he made a mistake and quoted him the correct price BEFORE ********************** left his home. The issue was the trade in value. I called ********************** and also apologized for the mistake. I invited ********************** to the dealership and promised him that I would personally handle all the pricing and give him the absolute best price possible. ********************** only wanted to yell at me and tell me that his family is head of the BBB and the ************************* and he was going to destroy me. If ********************** would like to come in as a gentleman and discuss his options it would be my pleasure to personally assist him.

       I am rejecting this response because: This is all false information, shows the lack of integrity, ethics, and honesty this dealership has to its customers. How does a financial manager make a $8,000 trade appraisal mistake, how is a car pre-owned certified on the lot but the day of sale the customer is responsible for paying additional fees for the certification, how did the advertised price increase on the deal paperwork, and I can continue but it would be a pointless to all involved.

      5/8 I sold my Maserati Ghibli with a financed loan to dealer. Dealer promised me they will send a check to bank so the loan can be removed from my account since the car is sold to them.5/27 on the loan due date, which I was NOT supposed to be responsible for since the car was already SOLD. However bank didn't receive check from dealer, I still had to pay for the May monthly loan!! Otherwise bank will charge me late penalty!6/13 *********** again, they still haven't received check from dealer. However dealer told me they mailed the check 2 weeks ago. I asked them to provide proof of tracking, they never got back to me.6/27 **** loan due date is approaching, the car has been sold to dealer for over a month yet the loan is still under my name.I cannot imagine if I had to pay for **** monthly loan too after I already over paid ***'s?? HOW ON EARTH WOULD THAT MAKE SENSE? WHEN WILL THE CHECK ARRIVE TO BANK?? DID YOU SEND IT OR NOT?You really should be more professional and not to treat your customers like this. I have never dealt with ANY business like this before.The unprofessional level is beyond my imagine.

      A check for the full amount was sent to ********************* via **** in a timely fashion at the address given to ** by **********************  The customer contacted the dealership stating she never received the check.  When we asked her to confirm her mailing address SHE INFORMED US THAT SHE MOVED AND HAD A NEW ADDRESS.  To expedite a resolution to the issue I had ********************* come to the dealership and I handed her the check in person.  This issue is resolved and ********************* is paid in full.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      1. I had emailed them my new address before they mailed the check to me. It is unacceptable they are stating they didnt know.
      2. Reason they asked me to pick ** in person was they wanted me to remove a previous negative ****** review in front of them in order to get my check back.

       

      I got my check but not satisfied with them being dishonest and pressured me to remove my ****** review.

       

      I need an apology by treated this way.

      I bought a 2017 Maserati Ghibli back in May of 2022, there is a vibration in the vehicle that was noticed on the test drive , the sale man stated that it will be resolved before picking up the vehicle , it was not resolved ,so I scheduled a service call and the service ***** they stated that the problem was due to improperly inflated tires and they went ahead and inflated the tires to the manufactures requirement and said that should solve the problem , that did not solve the problem , I scheduled another service and was told that someone would come by my home on a Saturday August 13th to pick up the car for service , I waited home from work and no one called and showed , when I called the dealership the rep stated that everyone was busy , I left a message but no one called back , I sent and letter and contacted the main office of Maserati at *******************************************************, they said they would help with a resolution , but came back and said that I should take the car elsewhere for service and that they could not offer any further assistant and that I should not have purchase the vehicle if there was a problem with it, there is also the issue of the spare key that was promised in about 30 days after purchase that I still have not gotten , at this point this dealership flat out refuse to offer any service , help or resolution , the car still vibrates and I still do not have a spare key.

      Interested in making a purchase on a Pre-Owned 2018 Dodge Charger R/T **** Pack VIN: ***************** STOCK #: BCM1578 contact made with business 1/4/2021 scehdeulled appointment same day to see the car upon arrival waited over half hour no assistance finally salesperson approaches me for assistance and shows me the car. I decided the purchase the car right away and offered to pay cash I also agreed to look into their financing options since our interest market is very low, Application taken submitted... Later in the day i recieve a call from the manager to share my approval details with me such as rate and loan terms... I ask can I have a copy of my approval disclosure loan terms... He says I cant give you that, I repeatdly ask why he continues to decline request finally claims that its only for his to see as he benefits a few hundred dollars and he cannot share the loan disclsure with me. I continue to ask what does that mean I am asking for my customer approval he yells at me uses foul langueage and says you know the car sold and disrepecfully hungs up the phone... This is unethical and misconduct business provided to me the customer and my credit has been pulled impacting me credit report... business failed to provide me a copy of my approval disclosure for his own financial gain...

      I went to Maserati in upper saddle River saw A car online it wasis a 2018 ***** Accord 6 speed , I saw the price online for ****** I brought my son up there so we can test drive the car and purchase the car so I was there with *********************** that wasnt a very good sales person we told him the price he didnt want to go speak to the finance manager I practically had to beg him to go speak to the finance manager to see if this price is right we offer ***** for the car reason we offered that there was parts wrong with the car he told us we couldnt test drive it and he told us to call will be ready for Wednesday so my son was involved into an accident which we had already got the clearance from the bank got a amount that we can spend and we were trying to purchase the car he says now cant get the car so we left and when I came back I called ***** four times he told me he was going to speak to his manager about us getting the car for that price he never called back so I said I will drive up there I drove up there I offered him ***** he told me I will go speak to his manager he want to speak to his manager all of a sudden he said somebody put an application for the car came back and says Ill give you a car for that price but you have to buy from my back and I had already told her we were approved and we didnt wanna buy from your bank he says well Im not telling you to car so then I said OK I could pay cash for the car says your money is not good Im not gonna say the car because I dont want to cast either gonna buy from my bank or youre not gonna buy the car so I said well let me see how much the car is the car was 29 all of a sudden and mysteriously $7000 got on for a car for me to get it if I wanted to pay for cash he says Im changing the price on you I said how do you do that I said thats false advertisement this is what you had a car average for he says the bottom line is Im not taking your money Im not selling your car if you dont go through my bank
