I ordered one piece of furniture on July 5 and it is now July 22 and tracking still says order received pending pick up. It said this two weeks ago, and when I called they stated it would be picked up that Thursday which would have been July 11. I contacted them again last week and they said it would be picked up that Thursday, which wouldve been July 18th. Well, that still has not happened. I just called and spoke to someone and they refused to let me speak to a manager claiming they only take calls Tuesday through Thursday. Supposedly the managers name is ***** and the guy said I can try to call back tomorrow. I explained to him my dissatisfaction and he had zero remorse and said they refuse to give any refund since it already left the warehouse. I dont care what Warehouse they are talking about all I know as the customer the fact it has not even been picked up yet . Thats their problem if there is a delay which the man on the phone did say something about they have a new system and thats why its a delay. Well, they should do the right thing and give me a refund and ** going to fight this legally if i have to. I expect a full refund.

The pickup scan does not happen in real time as it scans once the order is picked up and unloaded at the shipping hub. They are running the business based on deceptive practices where they put different information in website and dont deliver the same promised results. When you try to call them they refuse to give you the money back or cancel the order by saying that it will cost you if you do that. Their deceptive practices need to stop and if you read their return policy very carefully a language that downgrades people is used all over. How can a business like this stay in place. They should be audited and looked very carefully for their deceptive services.AFA Stores Response

This company is horrible. They may have quality furniture but the service and the shipping is not. I ordered my cabinet over a month ago. The delivery keeps getting rescheduled and AFA could care less. They have their money and I have nothing. AM Home delivery, the delivery service they use should close their doors and stop wasting our valuable time. I have set at home 3 days waiting on a delivery, just to be put off again until tomorrow. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. I chose 1 star only because I had to.AFA Stores Response
