      On 12/26/2022 I purchased what was believed to be a loveseat and sofa for $4,025.22. When the delivery came, they had a loveseat and chair. I refused the order and it went back to the store. The sales person explained that I did not purchase the 2 pieces I requested. I was told I needed to a pay an additional $400. to get the sofa added to the order. After waiting a few weeks I received a call telling me they will not have the sofa for a few more weeks and they asked if they could bring the loveseat from storage. They claimed that they offered to bring it so I would have some furniture. Every couple of weeks I call to inquire about my sofa I get a different story. I've spoken to *****, *****, and *****. In April of 2023 ***** told me if I could find another set of equal value or less they would be willing to satisfy the order. He even said that they would take the loveseat back because it was not my fault this happened. I went the store a few days later and sat with ***** about an hour and a half. I selected approximately 3-4 sets and non of them were available to them. I asked if it would be a problem getting my money back and she stated "I don't see why that would be a problem. The next day I spoke with ***** again and explained the difficulties we had getting another set. He said, "you've waited this long and if you really love the set it has been released to us and we should receive it in 2 weeks." "what's 2 two more weeks." I asked him, if it is not here in 2 weeks can I just get my money back? He said it would not be a problem. So, here we are 4 months later and no furniture. I just want to be done dealing with these crooks and get my money back. They sold me something they knew they could not deliver. I think 4 months is a reasonable amount of time to give them to provide a product. I purchased the items as a set and this is what I still need. However, they were aware of my need and still sold me the furniture. I am disabled and purchased this set out of necessity not desire. I have titanium in my neck, just had knee surgery 2 months ago, and having the other knee surgery soon. I gave them my money with no problem and they should give it back if they can not provide me with what I purchased. I am no longer interested in doing business with them. I really don't want to go to Union County small claims court but I will. I WANT MY MONEY BACK AND THEY CAN COME AND GET THEIR FURNITURE THEY DELIVERED.

      I purchased a dining room set and china cabinet from Home Decor Furniture store on **************************. The set was delivered to me in December 2021, one of the panels on the cabinet is cracked, the supervisor stated that someone would be coming to fix the panel in January and then he stated someone would be coming in February and both times he didn't call to schedule an appointment for them to complete the job. I called April 11, 2022, he stated he was reaching out to the company and that he would call me back, still no response again. I called this morning on April 12, 2022, no answer. At this point, I just want my money back or new cabinet.

      Please be advised that ******************* was advised on day of delivery that the item came in damaged and it would take upto 6 months for replacement to come from *****.  ******************* agreed and we delivered her curio with small blemish.

      As of date the part arrived and we have gone to ******************* house and replaced damaged part on 04/26

      The claim is closed, we attempted to login online but was not able to
