      Cupcakes for a little boys birthday. First, they didn't send the right cupcakes. It was supposed to be all birthday cupcakes but they randomly replaced a couple with red velvet. We went to take them out and they were so hard. Not even like day old or even a couple days old. I'm telling you, they were from last week, maybe longer. This place is 100% a scam. I think they buy garbage from grocery stores then try to pass it off. So offensive. Then when we called, they literally didn't care at all.

      Blooms New Jersey is a scam! We were surprised to see a white chocolate cake on their ad, so called to verify, since these are not sold at many bakeries. They assured us that they carry the white chocolate cake. So, we ordered the white chocolate cake, but instead of what we paid for, they left a regular old brown cake with my doorman. I tried to get them to honor my order, but they just kept repeating that they have a clause in their website saying, "they do substitutions". You can never be sure what you will receive from this bakery. To make matters worse, the cake they left with the doorman was stale. Save yourself an unpleasant day and order from a different bakery! The cake was as bad as their customer service! They should get no stars at all. They were rude and the cake was nasty.

      BROWN DEAD ROSES UPON ARRIVAL Not only did this company deliver my roses a day late, they must have been sitting in a cardboard box full of styrofoam peanuts for days. The roses arrived in full bloom with brown edges and the next day all fell off the stems. The customer service at **********************, even after looking of photos of the roses, seems to think this does not warrant a refund of any kind. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! This flower company is a disgrace and does not care about customer service or quality! It was my horrible mistake to use this company in the first place. I wish I could give zero stars. There are so many good, quality flower companies out there. Never use this one!

      I purchased a beautiful flower arrangement and macaroons to be shipped to my best friend (from ** to *******) as a birthday gift on May 17. I scheduled delivery for May 24, only to find out they shipped the items on May 18! I contacted customer support on May 18 via e-mail to express my concern that the item would arrive in poor quality and no one responded to me. Fast forward to yesterday, my friend received a completely different arrangement than I had ordered with different flowers, no macaroons, AND THE FLOWERS WERE COMPLETELY DEAD AND BROWN! I'm so upset by this and contacted customer support once again only for the senior customer service representative to tell me they'll give me a 50% refund and will refund the macaroons out of goodwill. I replied with pictures of the product she received, pictures of what I had ordered, and stated my reasoning for why this terrible arrangement and delivery should be a full refund. She responded by telling me their shipping policy. IF THEY DIDN'T SHIP ON MAY 18, PERHAPS THE **** WOULDN'T HAVE BEEN COMPLETELY MOLDED UPON ARRIVAL. I am highly disappointed by this company and wish I could post the pictures to share with you all.

      Very deceiving marketing.flowers were wilted/dead, paid for same day delivery estimated time was 2pm the same day but was not delivered until the next day

      If I could give zero stars I would. BUYER BEWARE!!! Please do not make a purchase from this company as it is a complete scam. They will not send you your items on time; even if they do, it WILL NOT be what you paid for!! Spoiled fruits and broken flowers are what I received. They will not refund you. Instead, they will give a b.s. excuse that 'substitutions' are covered under their "refund policy". Pay attention: if you send an email to the @newyorkblooms.com domain you will receive an email from an entirely different domain. I had to dispute this charge with my bank and luckily got my money back. They are such a scam they didn't even respond to my bank! DO NOT BUY!!

      If I could give 0 stars I would. They promise next day delivery. My chocolate will apparently tale 10 days to get where they are suppose to be. It was a gift for a friend before they moved away. Now they won't get it. No one answers the phone or returns message. Awful service and a waste of money

      This place is horrible, take payment but send me an invoice requesting a duplicate payment from PayPal and said they will refund my original payment. Does this scream scam or what? They said they will refund my money but that remains to be seen.

      I ordered from here for my sister's 30th Birthday. I wanted to go all out and get her somethng special since it was a big birthday. I ordered a lovely floral box filled with an arrangement of flowers and macarons, along with a bottle of red wine priced at $20, a box of carrot cake cupcakes to share with her friends, and a balloon. They confirmed that delivery would be on the date of her bday.On the day of delivery, they provided her generic vanilla cupcakes, boxed shortbread cookies from the grocery store (instead of the macarons) and a bottle of wine that was priced significantly lower. The flowers and balloon didn't arrive at all. When I reached out to customer service, nobody answered. I don't even think there is a place to leave a voicemail. I reached out via email and they said that the package was delivered. I told them that my sister lives in a building with trusted doormen/concierges who receive all packages on behalf of the tenants and they confirmed no flowers or balloon were given. They tried to blame delays on COVID, but there wasn't a delay as a part of the package was delivered (even though it was wrong.) After going back and forth with them for over a week to no avail, and all rejection of a refund, I explained that they charged me for flowers, macarons and a balloon that never arrived, which is theft at this point. Then I suddenly got a shipping notification out of nowhere - for two weeks AFTER my selected delivery date. I asked why they just decided to ship something out now when I clearly wanted a refund anyway. They stopped replying.The flowers that arrived looked NOTHING like the flowers I selected online and looked like a cheap bouquet from the grocery store. The macarons and balloon never arrived.

      I wish I had read the reviews from others before using this service.The chocolate covered strawberries arrived 4 days late and were unrecognizable and a horrible mess for our recipient. We upgraded to a higher end champagne and that is not what we received. Company is not returning calls.
