Hello - I would like to see if the BBB can assist to resolve my issue or at least confirm the correct final action. You see i signed up for a 6 month gym member ship at this location. The agreement in my mind is almost a trap for consumers. While the agreement says it is a 6 month one, the amount due is based on a year. After the initial 6 month policy i attempted to cancel the membership, first by disputing the charge. I wanted to avoid the akward conversation regarding cancellation of gym member ship. The dispute was eventfully reversed as the business claimed i had signed for a year. Now i disagree with this assessment as the contract allows me to cancel after 6 month, but the gym has refused to refund me the money. I have asked them multiple times, but am given a cold shoulder. Can you please review the contract , speak with the business and let me know your opinion on this matter .
