So my husband had a appointment but needed to change it. I called them a few days before his appointment to change it and they said ok. Something in my head told me to call the day before which I did to verify his appointment they never changed it so rude and unprofessional so they change it and told me if I change it again they were going to charge me 100 I was like what I called a few days before to change it and you didn't. So my husband went there on his appointment day and they never put him in I was like what so I called them and the lady ***** was like you canceled it which.i didn't this place is unprofessionalInitial Complaint

Bill was sent to wrong insurance and denied. Bill for MRI, $2600, must be sent to ********. Date of service, 01/11/2024, ****** *******, 07/01/1937.
