Great place to shop for a used vehicle , one of the best services , good apr love my car I would definitely recommend this place to anybody buying a vehicle.

RUN AWAY. This place needs to be shut down! We purchased a car Feb 1 and on Feb 2 it was smoking and had to be sent to the mechanic! It was back and forth at the mechanic 3 times within two weeks until it ultimately stopped working on the highway profusely smoking! This place has been absolutely disgusting to deal with!! Including the ladies at the front desk. On 3/10 I asked for contact information for senior management at first no one knew who was in charge then I was finally provided a fake # (I called In Front of them). It turns out the disgusting manager, Mustafa ********************* is actually the owner!! He is a thief ! I was actually told by the cops that he has changed the name of his business several times and has numerous lawsuits! The sales person, ********* knew this was a bad deal.. but he proceeded to defend this criminal like activitywhen I initially wrote a review I was offered 100$ to take it down! Im certain any good reviews came w a price tag! Run away and save yourself the headache!! BTW the car is sitting in a lot completely burned out! They told us to contact the warranty company, because its not their problem. Tell a friend to tell a friend to run away!!

My name is ***** E and I am submitting this information as a result of a major incident that occured in the ***************** on Friday August 20, 2021 at Autopia Car Sales located at *******************************************. I made a purchase of a 2018 ***** HR-V and after driving 30 minutes away the vehicle brokedown and lights lit up on the dashboard. I immediately called Autopia Sales repeatedly and was instructed to open the doors, restart the car and that did not work. I was sold a Lemon and believed I was scammed by deceptive measures. I paid in the form of an Auto draft check in the amount of $20,0000 and was told ************ that I was responsible for was $2,400. An Autopia salesman by the name of ********** kept expressing the matter was only a sensor that needed to be replaced and the car was fine, we couldn't drive it over 40MPH and if the check engine light came on pull over & turn the vehicle off & back on. I refused. I was told we could take a 2017 ****** Sentra Home as a lender instead. I was instructed to add it to my insurance, I did so and then refused to accept the lender car because at this point I was sure I had been conned, scammed, or deceived. My daughter and I was stranded on *******************************************, where we used the Lyft App for a ride back to ************, **. I went to my bank this morning to inform them of the incident so the auto-draft check can be STOPED or Flagged. A gentlemen from Autopia by the name of ******* who answered the call while I was at the bank, was on speaker phone & told the check was needed back. He replied it was already deposited and/or cashed. The Bank representative instructed him to fax something in writing that the check was deposited and or cashed and that the vehicle was in his possession. His response was the car was fine, nothing was wrong except a sensor needed to be replaced and would be available Monday. I expressed I didn't want anything from Autopia except the information the bank request by fax. He asked could he put me on hold a go speak with (Jerray). And he never returned to the phone. The bank rep called on her office phone and the call went straight to voicemail. I had the car removed from my insurance policy as soon as I arrived back in ************ last night. (8-20-21) These individuals need to be investigated and stopped so any fraudulent and deceptive practices will not be carried out on any other hard working consumer. This is an awful occurrence and I hope there is something that can be done.
