I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Keyless Motor and ****** who is the car Salesman. I purchased a car from them in July ****, and right off the bat, I encountered several issues that have left me frustrated and regretful of my decision.Firstly, the license plate for my vehicle was delayed by a staggering three months. This delay alone caused unnecessary inconvenience and frustration. Additionally, during this time, I received an inspection ticket due to the car's inability to pass inspection. It is absolutely unacceptable that a supposedly reputable dealership would sell a vehicle that cannot meet basic safety standards.To make matters worse, Keyless Motor has continuously given me the runaround when it comes to fixing these issues. For some reason they keep ordering the wrong back up camera for the car. They ordered a back camera 6 month's ago and it is still not here. They repeatedly promised to resolve the problems, only to disappointingly fail to follow through each time. Their lackadaisical attitude towards customer service is appalling and shows a complete disregard for their customers' satisfaction and trust.As a consumer who spent hard-earned money on what was supposed to be a reliable vehicle, I feel cheated and betrayed by Keyless Motor. Not only did they sell me a faulty car, but their empty promises and lack of action have made it clear that they prioritize profit over customer satisfaction.I strongly advise against doing business with Keyless Motor. Their negligence and incompetence have cost me time, money, and peace of mind. Spare yourself the headache and disappointment by looking elsewhere for your automotive needs there are countless other dealerships out there that actually care about their customers' experiences.
