    June 9 2022 I purchased a 2021 ************* from the **************** and was told by the Salesman that Sold me the car that I was going to get a VETERAN DISCOUNT After the Contract was written up THERE were no VETERAN DISCOUNT in the NUMBER(S)I kept REPEATEDLY TEXTING the SALESMAN asking HIM why was my VETERAN DISCOUNT was not in the NUMBER(S) and KEPT skirting AROUND the ISSUE Until on or around the END of last MONTH the Salesman TEXT me and said to CALL someone name ************** called ****** and he SAID ***************************** was NOT going to HONOR what the SALESMAN said to ME about the VETERAN DISCOUNT

    BUYER BEWARE, This local franchise takes the stance to customers once you leave the lot the vehicle issues are on you! I'm a recent 1st time customer & leased a vehicle (2023 ******** SUV), thus far experience is horrible! From the finance department mishandling my old lease return of my other vehicle, UNknowledgeable that one Auto Brand can no longer buyout another Brand. (Ex.MBUSA, can't buy/payoff a ***** for a customer wanting to buy a Benz). Losing the keyfob, taking over a month to ground my old lease. To the service center being unhelpful, rude when I brought my car in a few weeks after driving off the lot with a concern. The ****************** staff here are VERY ACCUSATORY, PATRONIZING, UNPROFESSIONAL! If a customer comes there with a complaint, do NOT expect help! I was treated with racial undertones, my intelligence insulted, so I would NOT recommend any minority person (especially a minority woman) go here, you will NOT get treated with respect &/or luxury experience if an issue arises. I was inconvenience where I was without my new vehicle for 8 days--b/c I was going back & forth with the service center, & MBUSA until a resolution could be reached (which by the way it has not been with any assistance from *** Catena Union). No one would listen to my concerns as to why I was seeking service, that there was a more in **** issue that needed to be examined. After contacting MBUSA I was given the option to go to another authorized ******** service center, (for a second opinion) which I did & had a better experience to get confirmation/understanding of what was causing the vehicle issue & it was NOT my fault, however a mechanical issue that was recalled in recent years on the type model that I am now leasing. Still no one at the Union location wanted to listen to my concerns. I will NEVER use Ray Catena locations again! I have owned/leased at least 5 vehicles as an adult & never gone through anything like this. It has left me disappointed and frustrated.
